Welcome to my Apartment! The property was completely refurbished in Summer 2017 from head to toe and there is plenty of unique decoration hanging on the walls.. (I'm a well known landscape photographer on the island). The 40" Smart TV has a huge load of premium channels from all European Countries and languages! For example: BBC, ITV Ch4, Sky Sports, ALL Football leagues, Kids, latest Movies and even Adult channels! (subject to availability). Nespresso machine too with Capsules.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

Квартира в целом нам понравилась.Плюсы:Обалденный вид с балкона, так как квартира находится на холме.Квартира чистая,просторная ,без запаха.На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи.Район тихий ,спали с открытым окном.В начале мая было не жарко ,температура воды в океане 22,температура воздуха 23 градуса. Кондиционера в квартире нет,если кому-то принципиально. До супермаркета Mercadona идти 15 минут,там есть все необходимое. Минусы:Квартира находиться на холме , спускаться и подниматься с пляжа по ступенькам постоянно нам не понравилось(довольно таки крутой наклон).С парковкой возле комплекса проблема,почти всегда нет мест,если повезёт то находили ниже на соседних улицах, потом опять же подниматься по ступенькам.Об этих нюансах хозяин пишет в описании квартиры и мы знали о них,но в реальности нас это утомляло. Эмоции от отдыха в этой квартире остались положительные.Спасибо большое хозяину квартиры.

beautiful apartment, beautiful view, very private pool, lovely hosts who picked us up from airport, nice beds, spacious living room with massive tv for chilling after long days and very very quiet. if youre looking for a chilled out private holiday with no complications, this apartment is perfect also walking distance to everywhere with some hills on the way back but I hired a car so didn't really experience that too much. definitely would recommend to anyone 👌 thanks

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet, kleine Küche, gemütliches Bett, Klimaanlage, Regendusche, Deckenventilator und Waschmaschine, haben wir alles oft und gerne genutzt. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon war unglaublich, direkt aufs Meer. Im Pool hatte man immer genug Platz und es gab eine Poolbar mit Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Direkt an zwei schönen Stränden, einer Strandbar und Restaurants. Mehrere kleine Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig, man hörte nachts nur das Meer. Das einzig Negative war der Geruch nach Essen der nahestehenden Restaurants. Jedoch alles in allem 5 Sterne, das Positive überwiegt bei Weitem.

We came back after a year and once again, it was wonderful. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Morning coffee on the terrace with an ocean view is simply indescribable. The beautiful pool and peaceful atmosphere are a perfect alternative to the nearby beach. The location is excellent—just steps away from a supermarket, a great Italian bar, and only a 15-minute walk to the beach where you can surf. Everything was just as great as we remembered, and we’ll definitely be back again. It was also so nice to reconnect with Fabrizio and Claudio after a year—they were once again super communicative and welcoming. Thank you for another amazing stay!
