It is in the center of everything, between the 2 most famous beaches: La Concha and La Zurriola, you leave the portal and the town hall is right next door. I offer all my help and knowledge about the area, I was born and raised here in San Sebastián. The boulevard is the center of everything, like Madrid's Gran Vía, Barcelona's Diagonal, or London's Oxford Street. All local buses stop in front of the house, a 15-minute walk from the RENFE train station and bus station.
