Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Tiene grandes ventanales que dan a un patio de manzana luminoso pero silencioso. Tiene una habitación de matrimonio con cama de 1,60*200 cm con baño en suite. Además dispone de un espacio único en el que está el salón con 2 sofás cama de 135*190 cm cada uno y la cocina abierta. Dispone de otro segundo baño completo con ducha.

El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios, (uno con cama de 1,35 m y el otro con cama de 1,60 m) y amplio salón-cocina-comedor. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen balcón y vistas a la calle. Minimalist decoration. Luxury furniture, Porcelanosa. Only few meters away from the beach la Concha (3min) and really close to the old town (6min walking), where you can enjoy the best pintxos.
