With its spacious design, comfortable beds, and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in downtown San Sebastián is ideal for families, professionals, and couples looking for a relaxed base to explore and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Además dispone de un espacio único en el que está el salón con 2 sofás cama de 135*190 cm cada uno y la cocina abierta. Dispone de otro segundo baño completo con ducha.
