Waterfront holiday rentals in Beach of Durrës

This was one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Albania. It is a perfect location with an amazing beach view and everything is just close by. Lots of food, supermarkets near the place. The room itself was very neat and well Maintained. Definitely worth the pay.

Really the perfect place to be quiet, double glazing with blinds. Own condominium, 1 min from the pool and the beach. Comfortable mattress. Just missing a small bedside lamp in the bedroom to make an even more cozy atmosphere. A huge thank you for being so available to us.

Great location on Durres beach with direct sea view, for me this alone worth the price. The host was helpful and communicative. I would definitely come back in the future.

It was a pleasure to stay at Ilyas Appartment. It was clean, it has a balcony, an elevator, has all the essentials and Ilya was always trying to help if we needed anything. An absolute steal for the price and I would 100% stay there again.

The sea view it was just stunning. The location couldn’t asked for a better one. Spotless apartment. We stayed for 6 days with easy access to any amenities. The host Roland, waiting for us nearly an hour prior to check-in as our plane was delayed and still made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with the luggage’s. Definitely going back in September. Cute attic apartment in a central location. Modern utilities and well cleaned. Definitely would recommend!

Great place Great host Close to everything

Had one tiny thing when we arrived key was not in the key box but was sorted out very quickly when contacted. Beautiful place. In the centre of Tirana so can walk to lots of beautiful places. Would defo stay again

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

Excellent place and excellent service from the host

We had a great time, if anything it's even better than the pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. No need to hire a car if you don't want to, everything you need walking distance away. Lovely to have sea views from 2 upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony is dreamy.

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Suela's apartament was spotlessly clean and as per description. Very good location, next to the beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Air condition worked very well. Suela was very responsive and answered any questions I had straight away. Fantastic host. There is a paid parking next to the apartament or you can park on the street. In short, we had fantastic stay in this apartament and is highly recommended. Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Slavik is a very kind and helpful host with great contact. We received clear check-in instructions and lots of recommendations for things to do nearby. Very good location, close to everything, easy to park on the street, where parking is free. The apartment is beautiful and you can find everything you need. We felt right at home. If you're planning to explore Durres, choose this apartment, you'll be happy.

The apartment was great. If you are not walkers would not suggest but if you are happy to walk 10-15 mins it’s great. The host was super responsive and super helpful. The beach opposite was peaceful and quiet. I would suggest staying in season to use amenities of the pool next door as we stayed here early may the season was only just beginning.

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.
