Waterfront holiday rentals in Durrës

This was one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Albania. It is a perfect location with an amazing beach view and everything is just close by. Lots of food, supermarkets near the place. The room itself was very neat and well Maintained. Definitely worth the pay.

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Alfred is a very responsive and flexible host. We arrived early and he let us access the accommodation from 10 a.m. The apartment matches the description and has a very nice view facing the sea. There were two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with 1 double bed + a sofa bed in the living room.

Idlir is a wonderful host—very welcoming and helpful. The house matches the description perfectly and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the stunning sea view from the balcony—absolutely breathtaking and ideal for relaxing. Highly recommended!

A pleasant and quiet stay, apartment located a stone's throw from the beach and shops and clubs suitable for young people and families, as soon as you enter you immediately feel a fresh and clean scent, the room was super equipped with all services, fresh clean sheets and towels, the bathroom very comfortable with shower and washing machine, I am really satisfied, I recommend it, I thank Urim and his wife for their availability and kindness.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Luxurious and very very quiet. I managed to get lots of rest. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. What stood out for me was the neighbours so respectful and very friendly. I would visit this place again and i highly recommend. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is as described, very cozy, equipped with everything you needed and more. Located directly on the beach. Very good contact with the owner, hassle-free change to leave the place. Feel free to recommend this listing to others, they'll be happy if they're hoping for decent conditions at a good price and with a great location for sunbathing. A small parking lot on the block, but clever ones always find something.

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Suela's apartament was spotlessly clean and as per description. Very good location, next to the beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Air condition worked very well. Suela was very responsive and answered any questions I had straight away. Fantastic host. There is a paid parking next to the apartament or you can park on the street. In short, we had fantastic stay in this apartament and is highly recommended. Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.
