Our house is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

We are about 35 minutes from Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or work-from-home alternative. Relax in this cozy 2-bedrooms/1.5-bathrooms house. Each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. Another A/C unit is located in the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a designated working area. The other bedroom has two Twin beds. Watch your favorite movies in the living room or have some drinks in the screened back porch overlooking the nice fenced backyard. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

Martha’s home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable felt like home. This was are first time using Airbnb and are experience with Martha was beyond expectations. Briana is an absolutely wonderful host - very responsive and informative. We were thankful to be able to extend our stay an extra month while in the process of purchasing a house. The house itself is stocked well with all essentials. Lots of towels which we appreciated especially as ours boys loved playing in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The location is super convenient- just a quick drive to US 19 but not in an area that gets congested. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

WELL DONE! Although it wasn’t on the greatest street, the serene back yard made up for it. The house was spotless and presented newer appliances, furniture and flooring. Many unexpected amenities were included and greatly appreciated. The codes were intuitive and obviously changed for each guest, so you felt very safe. Linens were of high quality and everything about the house was comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! I will make this my preferred place to stay when I visit my family!! See you again soon.

We were so pleased with Matt’s place. The house was well decorated, up to date, and felt like home, just as pictured in the photos. Check in was easy and Matt was very responsive throughout the booking and checkin process. We were visiting our dad in Hudson and the location was perfect for us. I look forward to our next stay.
