Great spot for us as a couple. Balcony views, pool, hot tub, close to fun beach areas. We seen manatees and dolphins everyday.

Lindsay was an excellent host, and the condo was clean, private, and had excellent amenities!

Our stay at Fred's place was absolutely wonderful! Very spacious for an apartment/condo. We were overwhelmed by the homey feeling, the decor, and all the amenities available for use. We enjoyed a couple trips to the pool, and took advantage of the beach towels, chairs and cooler. Fred was available for the few questions we had and his overall friendliness was refreshing. We would definitely stay again if we take another trip to Seminole or the Clearwater Beach area. Thank you Fred!

Perfect little one bedroom with a large balcony over the pool and one of the best locations and views in the city. The additional deck was very nice. James was very responsive and accommodating especially since we have a small dog and were able to check in early. Very appreciative!

Vanessa's place was great! As soon as we walked in we were very pleased. I've stayed in several units on the property and this one by far has been my favorite. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the 1st time we have used Tamas's condo, but not the 1st time we have stayed in the building. We love the view, the pool, and the cute condos. It's always a relaxing and fun trip here. I think our favorite thing to do is watch the dolphins and birds play from the balcony and pool. Lovely place to stay for a couple or small family get away.

The place was super nice, clean, newer appliances, nicely decorated. We sat out and had coffee on the patio in the morning, overlooking the marina. The beach was just a short walk across the road. It was nice that there’s a crosswalk with lights right there. Overall, a very nice stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

Matt's condo was exactly as pictured and also was well stocked with ample beach condo essentials you could possibly need. The location was great for us, close to shops and restaurants and had a spectacular view of the sunset, would definitely book again and will recommend this place to others 😊 Thank you Matt

Lyn is a wonderful host and the villa is just amazing! It looked just like the photos, right next to water, 2 minute walk to the beach, sparkling clean, has everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. Lyn was very kind to reach out in advance asking for coffee/cream preferences, and during the stay even offered to buy us dinner just to brighten our stay even more! She is super friendly and easy to talk to, and overall our stay could not have been better.

My girlfriend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! For our first trip together, it was the perfect spot. The location was very safe allowing us to walk anywhere without worries & gave us plenty of things to do. Mindy was an excellent host - very responsive & always positive. We couldn’t believe how short of a walk it was to the beach & John’s Pass (perfect for not having a car)! Beach days were a breeze thanks to the items Mindy provided. We would stay 6+ hours on the beach because we had everything we needed! When we explored beyond John’s Pass, we enjoyed mini golf (with alligator feeding down the road) and the St. Pete Pier - both HIGHLY recommend! A few tips we have: if you have your own cooler, you may want to bring it! The one provided was styrofoam. Mindy has some fun games, but we recommend bringing some of your own too if that’s your thing! The photos are accurate, including how close the neighboring balcony is. So, be prepared to go out there & be pals with the neighbors!

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

This Airbnb truly exceeded all of our expectations. I’ve never stayed at a place that was so thoughtfully decorated and well stocked. It honestly felt like all we needed to bring were our clothes. Everything was incredibly clean, cozy, and clearly cared for with love and attention. The beach gear was such a bonus and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect beach day. We felt completely at home the entire stay. We would love to come back. Thanks again for creating such a welcoming and comfortable space!

Anna was very accommodating and kind. The condo was a good location to hop around between St Pete, Tampa, & Clearwater. We also appreciated that she did not have excessive cleaning requests at checkout, as no one wants to be doing dishes, laundry, and trash at 5:00 am before catching a flight home.

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

My sisters and I stayed at Phuong’s place for a week, and it truly was a picture-perfect vacation. Since we didn’t want to rent a car, we chose this location for its proximity to the beach and a grocery store—and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The home was spotless, perfectly sized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for our beach days, as well as the fully supplied kitchen. The private pool was a peaceful bonus, and the entire property was within walking distance of everything we needed. We explored the area on foot and by trolley (which was very affordable). A highlight was walking to John’s Pass for some fun shops and great restaurants. There’s so much to do in the area, and Phuong was fantastic—always responsive and helpful. We’re already talking about coming back. This place has everything you could want for a relaxing beach getaway!

This was our fourth trip to the Avalon and our first (but won’t be our last) stay with Carmen! Carmen provided us with a comprehensive guide to the area along with nearly-immediate responses to the few questions that we did have. Her communication was top-notch in every way from start to finish and we could not have asked for more in a host! Regarding the condo itself, this little slice of heaven really is 15 steps from the Avalon’s gorgeous pool. It’s also only about a 10-15 minute drive to North Clearwater beach, which is our favorite place on earth. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, making it super-cozy for a vacationing couple (or even a single) with possibly the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept in, & my partner agreed. We were truly in dire need of a nice relaxing vacation, and thanks to Carmen having thought of literally everything, that’s exactly what we had! 10/10 recommend!
