Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bay City

On the edge of the Historical District, the neighborhood is very inviting. The home is well kept and stocked with everything one needs to stay. The two bedrooms have TV's as well as one in livingroom. plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack and laundry necessities too. Bathroom very fresh and clean with a roomy shower. The kitchen is adequately furnished for any cook and wonderful back patio to enjoy your meals. I stayed 5 days but could have stayed a month. Everything was clean, fresh and inviting. Also, very much enjoyed the cotton-tail bunnies, chipmunk and chatty birds while having morning coffee on patio. - Thank you

Great house right on the water! Super clean and comfy beds. Kitchen was well equipped and house has a a great deck and fire pit. The kayaks and water toys were much appreciated. We would definitely return! Karla was an awesome host!

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

The pictures do not capture the true beauty of this property. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and fast to respond to any questions or needs. The pool is refreshing and the backyard was very well kept. My nieces had a great time playing in the pool and the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down in the evenings. I do plan on returning to this property in my future when I visit.

We loved the peace and quiet of the place, and the surrounding woods. We were a block away from the Midland to Clare Rail Trail, so we could walk and bike whenever and as far as we wanted. It was also close to the expressway and not too far from shopping and restaurants. It was delightful.

This house was so cozy and welcoming. It was super easy to find. Don was super helpful with anything that we needed. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here!

This was a yearly repeat visit for our fishing group. We really enjoy everything Roger’s home has to offer for our fishing group. Thank you again and we will be back next year!!

We had a great stay. The charming home is ideally situated extremely close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go within 5-10 minutes. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom is massive. Chris even added a nice welcome gift which was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Frankenmuth.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Stayed for 15 days. This place is a great alternative to a hotel at about the same price. This is a nice neighborhood, quite yard, and very walkable for exercise. Great easy to get to location. When we had a problem with Spectrum wifi going out, Tamara was a bulldog, staying on it until it was completely done the same day. We recommend this place and will stay again if needed. Thank you!!

This Airbnb is in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was very polite and quick to respond. Inside the home was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and revisit again!

Carols place is an 11 out of 10. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and cozy. Perfect size for our family of 4. It was walking distance to EVERYTHING! I loved being able to pop downstairs in the morning to get coffee & my kids loved the free walking strawberry cups! This is our second stay at one of carols places and it won’t be the last

Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the ducks and chickens while we were there. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Frankenmuth, but it’s a pleasant drive. We very much recommend this place.
