Our stay in this apartment in the heart of Orta San Giulio was exceptional. The natural setting is beautiful. The apartment, spacious and well-equipped, offers all the comforts you need. Very nice apartment, ideally located close to the city center. We fell in love with this place on the shores of Lake Orta, with its typically Italian atmosphere. A real pleasure to stay here! I highly recommend for a relaxing and exotic stay

Barbara's apartment is very nice above Lagos. We enjoyed the great view on the terrace every evening. The apartment is exactly as described and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Barbara is super nice and even spoiled us with a homemade foccacia and apricots from her garden. She also gave us good tips for activities. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment.

Townhouse with beautiful view over the lake to Stresa and the mountains of Switzerland. Very practical that you can park the car in an underground parking and enter the house through its cellar. Good mattress with typical German feather beds and a direct lake view from the master bedroom’s bed. Our dog enjoyed the garden and the balcony (master bedroom) very much. It was very easy for him to climb up the stairs to the first floor, because the granite steps are roughened so they are not slippery, even when wet. There is a beach area (Cerro Beach) on the way to the restaurant Il Chiosco di Cerro where dogs are playing in the morning or evening and ours was warmly welcomed to join the group. We charged our car in Laveno-Mombello next to Cafe Vela (harbor promenades) and next to Via della Pergola, which brings you to the Sasso del Ferro gondola. But there are plenty of other charging stations around so we never got in trouble.

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

We (two families, four children), felt very comfortable with Bruno. The house is comfortably and functionally furnished. Only a little inconvenient: There is only one toilet on the basement, which can be reached via a relatively steep staircase. Otherwise: beautiful, quiet environment, great playground nearby, forest, creek. Beautiful veranda. And Lugano can be reached quickly by public transport and car. The communication with Bruno was always friendly, he very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying with him.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

What a very special place for a family holiday! We felt like we stayed in a castle. There was plenty of space for everyone, a wonderful courtyard and garden and the little town is beautiful. Prompt and easy comnunication with Emanuele and some great recommendations. Grazie Buffa family, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! We met the hosts, very friendly and open people. Best regards, Suzana & Dirk from Esslingen

Dear Cinzia! We would like to say Thank you for such a fabulous stay in the condominium! The minute we entered the apartment we have fallen in love, in particular with the cleanliness of the apartment: no dust anywhere, all cupboards, the wardrobe inside, the floors in every corner including the balcony, even the organization of trash and it was sparkling. Clean, ironed bed linen, the towels (white as we like). All in all, the high quality of the appliances and the furniture are as if it was made with very greaf care! We have been to many places, but we haven't stayed in such a lovely, clean apartment. My wife especially felt like at home as everything was to high standards. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We were happy to get home in the evening after a day of adventures. Hope to come back and stay in Eden66

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The apartment is tastefully furnished and from the dining room and balcony you have a beautiful view of the lake. The garage is large enough for a car and two bicycles. The public beach is within walking distance. Absolutely recommended!

An absolutely wonderful host!

Cécile is a lovely house and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. She met me at the train station and drove me to the place and showed me around and answered all my questions. She left some snacks in the apartment as well. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony with a spectacular view. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lugano.
