Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We met on the occasion of our annual family reunion in Gefrees and were accommodated in the refuge and loft. Highlights were the large garden with a self-made playground for the children, toys with billiards and table tennis and enough seating to relax. You didn't notice anything from the adjacent main street and supermarket parking lot. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodation and the possibilities. For me personally, the best accommodation I've been to so far. Perfect for family reunions, short breaks with larger groups but I can also imagine the place very well as a venue for a wedding, if you can book all accommodations over the weekend. The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it should be good and cozy. The sauna and the whirlpool rounded it all off perfectly 😊

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

We booked Nino and Claudia's private chalet for a break for two and what can I say... It was a "piece of paradise"! We enjoyed the peace and the private atmosphere very much and were also able to relax amply due to the offer of sauna and hot tub. Everything was very clean and wonderfully furnished with attention to the details. Using a handout, everything was described in great detail and everything was explained in detail upon arrival. Both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The chalet has good connections and is very easy to reach by car. Within a few minutes you can get directly to Waldkirchen. There is a wide range of places or the like here. The parking is right in front of the house was also very pleasant. So all in all it was a successful stay with good rest. Thanks again to Nino and his family for providing us with this great house for our getaway.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We were extremely happy with the place. Everything was pleasantly clean, and the facility left nothing to be desired. The contact with Kerstin was always friendly, helpful and reliable. We felt very comfortable both in the house and due to the direct proximity to the beautiful nature around the lake. We would love to come back anytime and fully recommend the place.

Great and relaxing stay in a beautiful chalet in a quiet location.

Our week at "Casa Calvin" was great. We would be 4 adults with our dogs. There was enough space for everyone. Location is unique. The way to Lake Constance is short. When the sky is clear, you get the most beautiful sunset. A few meters up the mountain, you can also take wonderful walks in the forest. We also rode our bikes on the best roads. Everything is easily accessible. We really recommend the place. Thank you for the wonderful time in your accommodation on beautiful Lake Constance.

Very nice cottage and the location is a good starting point for hikes and excursions. In addition, the lake is not far where you can swim and walk. Very friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back.

Everything is great, I'd love to come back.

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.

We had a wonderful week with 4 adults and 6 children in this cozy holiday home. The atmosphere, privacy and personal details make this accommodation very homely. Due to the nice weather at the end of April, we spent a lot of time in the garden (in front of the kitchen window). Beautiful new kitchen. There were, among other things, picnic tables, logs, BBQ and bicycles in the shed that we could use freely. Very nice! The lake and the river are a few minutes' walk away. Within half an hour drive you are at the mountains, as well as the cozy towns of Füssen and Kempten. Via app and email very friendly contact with the host. Recommended!

We had a wonderful week and also our Labrador Rosa loved it. Right away from the house nice walks without a lot of cars or people, so exactly what we wanted. The way to Hergensweiler to Gasthof Post was very nice and the food there is delicious, highly recommended. Ursula and her husband are very likeable and attentive hosts, we lacked nothing. We can imagine ourselves coming back. You have your peace and space, but you are still quickly in Lindau or via Friedrichshafen and catamaran in Konstanz. After the trip to the world, we were always happy to come to our cozy house!

We spent 5 nights with our family in Robert's beautiful house. The house is right on the lake and has exceeded our expectations from the location. We were able to enjoy the sunset on the terrace in the evening. Communication was excellent, a children's travel cot for our one-year-old granddaughter was immediately provided. An absolutely tasteful, individually furnished house on a special plot of land by the river. And the whole thing embedded in a landscape that awaits exploration.
