Villa was built in 2021 and is located in one of the most peaceful parts of continental Croatia. Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik.
