Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Baugé-en-Anjou

We had a delightful stay here. La Gite is a gem and Catherine is a lovely host. La Gite is spacious and very lovely inside (and outside) and beautifully comfortable. Added bonus is the swimming pool! There're quite a few lovely chateaux nearby, surrounded by rolling countryside and majestic towns eg Chinon & Richelieu, and of course the River Vienne.

Unfortunately, we were only in the accommodation for one night. But we would have liked to have stayed longer in this accommodation. A very friendly hostess and a top accommodation in a very nice area. We can't do any more. We'll be back any time.

Excellent stay, self check-in. Ideally located accommodation, quiet and isolated but 15-20 minutes from the center of Angers. 15 minutes from Terra Botanica. Very clean and very well equipped. i recommend it.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

Very good two-day stay with family. Great terrace with a view of the Loir and when it's too hot, the shaded garden takes over. Very helpful and friendly owners.

The location of the accommodation on the banks of the Loire is a feast for the eyes in all weather. The accommodation is really beautiful, brand new, understated, tasteful and with beautiful materials. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedding is impeccable, the bathroom too. The terrace must certainly be very pleasant in summer. In short, it's great!

We had a pleasant stay at Melinda's. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The garden is also very pleasant. All in a very quiet setting. Melinda is very responsive to the slightest question.

i had a nice stay with Jean Pierre who is very friendly and welcoming, I came to rest and it is the ideal place, the place is superb with biquettes, kittens , small birds...and the forest next door, a healing... i highly recommend it

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Apartment was very spacious with lovely decor. Real treat to have the balcony and views over the Loire. Sarah was very welcoming and had provided basic food stuffs such as milk and coffee, etc. She was very informative about the area and things to do. The apartment was in the centre of the city and close to attractions and restaurants. As we arrived by train we found public transport was not very frequent when we wanted to travel out of city. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed two nights in Harold's place and were delighted. Very centrally located with free parking nearby, the location really allows you to be in the heart of the city and its activities. Harold is super responsive and welcoming, not forgetting to give us all his useful suggestions for the stay. Thank you bcp!

Angelique’s place is by far the best air BnB place we have stayed in & we have stayed in some great places so I don’t say this lightly. Both Angelique & Christian went above & beyond to make us welcome & comfortable. Their attention & kindness were incredible from ensuring we had provisions on a bank holiday to their very helpful advice. Along with excellent hosting is the apartment itself - stylish (Angelique is clearly an excellent designer) & practical as well as excellently resourced it is incredibly comfortable as well as impeccably clean. It lacks nothing in amenities & the washer/dryer is so helpful. Along with excellent hosting (the best we have ever experienced) & a fantastic apartment with all you would need (including a great outdoor space to eat & generally relax in) is lovely Angers - so much to see & do right on the door step & excellent transport links. If you are thinking of visiting Angers & are looking for accommodation do not hesitate to book Angelique’s place!

Cedric is a very welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. With a very loaded vehicle, we appreciated the proximity of a guarded parking lot for the modest sum of €3 per night. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue but the bedroom that overlooks the courtyard is very quiet. We made all our trips on foot from the apartment. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Angers.

We had a lovely stay at Raïssa's place. The concept is ideal for a family or couples of friends: each their own sleeping/shower room area, with a beautiful shared living space. Everything has been well thought out, and the quality of the materials and decor makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The fact that each lodge comes with a spa is great. Too bad we were not notified of the lack of availability of the swim spa for our stay, the only spa that would have allowed us to be more numerous. We would definitely recommend this villa that offers a real disconnection in a refreshing setting!
