Cozy home in the countryside - "The Cocoon"

Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Studio 25 m2, refurbished, in a quiet village. Suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. King size bed 160 x 200. Possible to eat outside. Kitchenette with fridge, Tassimo coffee machine, "camping gas" stove that allows you to troubleshoot, toaster, and microwave grill at your disposal. Small functional shower room. 20 min from La Flèche Zoo, 8 km from Durtal, 30 min from Terra Botanica, 40 min from Le Mans. Check-in from 5pm to 8pm to have the pleasure of welcoming you warmly in person😉.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on a completely separate floor from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hot plate. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).

Roulotte au coeur de l'Anjou

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

The Kingfisher

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Peace and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock, etc. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.
