This charming Duplex, 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 from Gran Vía, in the heart of downtown. It is spacious and very carefully decorated. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of everything Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, wifi, TV screen cinema, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. House with a lot of peace. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Very nice enclave, more than a development (it is called the "Marias"), it looked like a forest with houses placed in the middle. We loved the location. The house, the room and its atmosphere are as shown in the photos. Cozy home full of floral decorations, being there was like being "submerged" in a sea of trees, nature, flowers..... Santiago is attentive, approachable and very friendly, we really appreciate his character and attention, although we could talk a little in person he was always available. Access to the house is easy, with parking around, the room is clean and cozy, with a large bathroom for exclusive use. And everything is super quiet, no noise, just the wonderful birdsong all around. A good experience, and highly recommended. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Bárbaras apartment. The apartment is just a short walk to a metro station or you could head into Central Madrid via a beautiful park. Everything you will need is in the apartment and the pool was a fantastic treat after the hot Madrid days. Thanks Bárbara for a wonderful stay.
