Waterfront holiday rentals in Batomalj

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment with loads of super cozy amenities, like a Grill, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, dining terraces and loads of fruit trees around which we could nibble from. The sea is literally across the road, don't expect a sandy beach, but a rocky, stony beach from where you can get into the super clean water.

The apartment and communication were fine. The surroundings and location were great. Some things in the apartment are a little worn, but that's okay

We had a wonderful stay in Robert's accommodation, we lacked nothing. 🤩 We were personally received and immediately received a few very nice and helpful tips for the area. No matter what question you had, Robert was always quick to reach and helped us. :) The absolute highlight is of course the beautiful and sunny roof terrace, but we also enjoyed using the balcony and the barbecue area. All in all, it was an incredibly beautiful stay. The surroundings are quiet and very idyllic, you can go swimming as you please, as there is always a private jetty available. ⛱️ We'd love to come back. ☀️

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Delfin. The location is great and quiet. There is a great pool and private access to the sea. The villa, the property and our apartment (Yellow) are in a very well-maintained condition. Sani is a very helpful, friendly and pleasant hostess. We had a great time. The apartment is two steps from the sea and the view from each floor is beautiful. But the most beautiful is the pool with a view of the sea. I'm in love with this view. The owner of the apartment, Duje, is very sensitive. I recommend Duje's apartment. And I'd love to come back. The accommodation is 100% as shown in the photo

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Great place, down to earth and original!

We had two very pleasant nights. Evjezdana was very welcoming, recommended restaurants and activities to us. The apartment is very comfortable, refurbished, very clean and very well equipped. The bedding is particularly comfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.

The accommodation directly on the sea had everything you need. The location was perfect for our first holiday with child; restaurants, playground and beach are within walking distance. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are a steep mountain up and separated from the property via a barrier, but the hosts have the barrier open at any time on request. We had a great vacation and felt very comfortable in the accommodation, is definitely recommended.

We totally enjoyed being in this wonderful house. Lovingly designed, the house tells great stories from its long life. Liuba and Valentin are warm and the surroundings invite you to hike, swim and be there! Thank you for everything!

This place is magical! We felt right at home and loved the big garden, the river access and the beautiful surroundings! The house has everything you will need and on top the most gorgeous design! A place I will remember...

As others have already written, the path from the parking lot to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. You don't need a minute and you can go swimming at one of the many places in the sea. Below the house, a path runs directly along the sea. If you go to the right, you will reach Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will reach a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window, as the reception is poor in the room.

We had such a comfortable stay at Ivana and Cem‘s place. The communication was very easy and fast. The apartment was so clean and had everything that it needs. We could not have asked for more! Very recommendable

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.

As the host mentioned, the apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. But other than forced exercise every day, it’s a great place with an ocean view and great location with easy access to restaurants, local farmers markets, city center and parking lot. Excellent place.

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
