Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Batignolles, Paris

Super apparemment !

Marika is lovely and greeted my husband and I when we arrived.. We had a most enjoyable 1 month stay with guests for 7 nights. The apartment is in a classic French 1890's building in a quiet part of the city and very comfortable for 4 people. It is light-filled and spacious with comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of closet space and hangers. When the street-side windows are closed, it is very quite. There is one toilet that is totally separate from the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a tub and hand-held shower with a shower curtain. We found the shower in the guest area to be more convenient. We loved the neighborhood, the restaurants close by and shopping on Rue de Levi. Each day, we ventured off via Metro to a different part of the city. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the location for you. Once in the Metro, there are often long walks and many steps from line to line. Taxis are always an option. All in all it was a wonderful month long stay.

Our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as one could hope for. The space was warm and elegant, both functional and beautiful, imbued with the generous spirit of a loving family. The spacious living quarters with large windows onto the street are a fine contrast to the quiet accommodations of the bedrooms, which have many books for parents to read to their children. In the vicinity there are numerous places to eat and quietly enjoy the neighborhood life. The host was eminently helpful and always available, with many great suggestions that helped make our stay feel genuinely Parisian and not merely as a tourist rushing through the week. We are very grateful for our wonderful stay!

O local é excelente. Bem localizado, com metro a apenas alguns quarteirões e com diferentes linhas de ônibus passando próximo. O apartamento é conforme mostrado nas fotos e dispõe de tudo que se precisa para estadias longas e curtas. Eu e minha esposa nos sentimos em casa. Wi-Fi descente, máquina de lavar, máquina de café, sanduicheira, todos utensílios para cozinhar e comer, ferro de passar e microondas, dentre outros utensílios e todos funcionando bem. Quando voltarmos em Paris, esperamos ter a sorte de poder nos hospedar no mesmo local novamente.

This may very well be the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and quite sizable for Paris, in a beautiful building. It is located in a very local neighborhood, with multiple great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. For those wanting a more tourist experience, it's still an easy walk to Sacre-Coeur and Montmartre, while a Metro station is within a 5 minute walk for any other site. I would highly recommend LIsa's apartment and would stay there again if it's available next time we're in Paris.

The apartment is great. Modern and well equipped. I would add some ventilation, either some extra fans or A/C. It’s inside a nice neighborhood and safe area, but I wouldn’t sleep with the windows open because it’s the 1st floor. The apartment is very hot. Besides that, the price is a little too much for what you get. I understand it’s Paris and that’s the norm, but it’s a bit unfair. Besides that, it’s a good place to stay in Paris.

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

This space was in a very good location to all the Paris sights that we wanted to visit. Check in and check out were very easy and our host was very quick to respond to any concerns we had.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

The location of this apartment is so central! Being right on top of one of the biggest metro/RER stations in Paris meant we could go where we wanted by just walking right outside our door. Many of the best neighborhoods in Paris are within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. There were three little closets with bins to stash our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pair of scissors. The hosts were always friendly and responded quickly. The check in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Rapport tres facile avec l'hôte. J'ai eu plusieurs questions et il a ete tres reactif.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
