Fabulous location - Easy walking distance to Royal Crescent & into the city centre. Apartment was very clean, today & comfortable. The addition of several convenient power cables for Apple & others products in each bedroom & hallway, made for easy charging. Highly recommended stay.

The flat was everything my group needed. We stayed 2 nights and Charlotte very kindly allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier than the listing states. The flat is on the top floor of a complex, right in the centre of bristol. It had everything as advertised. Mentioned in the listing, was that the balcony was under construction and unusable. When we arrived this was still the case, however there is another balcony connected to the kitchen which helped us avoid disappointment for a morning coffee in the fresh air. It felt very safe, being in a complex, and was easily accessible 24/7. Charlotte mentions there being a chance of noise late at night, because of the proximity to bars, but it didn't bother us at all being 4 floors up. She was polite, friendly, and reachable by phone throughout our entire stay, answering my questions quickly. The flat is spacious but still cozy, with more than enough space for a party of 8 people. We were all very happy with our stay and we would stay again.

The apartment is in a stunning location overlooking the SS Great Britain. The apartment block is very well kept, situated in lovely gardens. Inside, it is very comfortable with expansive views of the river from the lounge and terrace. Would highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay at Madeline’s flat when we visited to go to Longleat for the weekend. Madeline was a helpful and responsive host and we were able to get into the flat easily. It’s a lovely place - clean, comfortable and perfectly kitted out for our stay. The children especially loved the bunk beds and the special touches in their bedroom. We didn’t get much time to spend on the terraces (private and communal) but they are both very inviting. The block is very quiet and within walking distance to the charming town centre. Would definitely stay here again!

Dave’s place is perfectly situated in a great area of Bristol only a short distance from some excellent pubs and restaurants and things to do The property is really nice, spacious and with all that we needed. Parking locally was pretty easy as well.

We had a wonderful time in Nic and Emily’s place, it is perfect for a couple to stay for few days traveling in Bristol, perfect location, easy access to city centre, the flat is well decorated, modern, cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the river, it is silent and peaceful all night, everything in the flat is just great especially the shower, highly recommend!

The apartment was spotless and clean, well equipped, light and airy and a beautiful setting with the river outside. It was wonderful to sit out in the morning and evening by the water. Joanna and her husband were both really helpful and responsive to any questions. The area is great to explore local sights - I highly recommend visiting Glastonbury and Ebbor Gorge which are both very close by. I would definitely visit again!

Lovely stay at Willow Warbler. The estate is beautiful & maintained to a high standard. Very peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed including extra touches like milk, travel cot, washing machine & dishwasher tablets, plenty of cooking equipment, tea bags, oil for cooking etc. There is a nice restaurant & pool on site. We didn’t use the gym as the opening hours weren’t early enough (10-5 so we were out for the day). We travelled with a 9 month old but there looked to be lots of things for older children such as soft play, water sports & play ground. Lots of bird watching to be done. Jane was very good at communicating with us & checking everything was ok. We used the apartment as a base to go out for the day such as to Oxford & Bourton but the apartment is very comfortable if you prefer chilling. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxed break.

The Snug is the perfect term to describe it. It was perfect! Peaceful, quiet and completely private, with everything you could need. An absolute gem on the river. We also got a bonus of some lovely free flowers and to explore another property garden, as no guests were staying. I cannot reccomended enough for a nice quiet escape or peaceful romantic getaway. We will definitely return. 11/10

We had the most relaxing weekend in Will and Amanda’s home. We took our paddle boards and used them on the lake directly outside. It was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back, Thankyou😊

We had a great weekend staying at Andy & Anne’s lakeside lodge. The accommodation was stylist, spotless, comfortable & homely & had everything we needed. As the weather was so amazing we sat out most of the time, overlooking the beautiful lakeside views. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

We had a very enjoyable stay with the family for a major birthday celebration. The accommodation and location are really lovely. The kayaks with life jackets were available. We had a few minor cleanliness issues which couldn't be resolved during our stay but we did receive modest compensation. One observation; the ladder style steps up to the mezzanine are very steep and not suitable for young children on their own and the beds up there are too small for fully grown adults or tall teenagers!. This is not addressed in the spec of the accommodation. We ate at a local restaurant, The Crown at Ampney Brook. Food and service exemplary.

What a wonderful stay! Great Lake House and beautiful sceneries. Kids will love this place as there’s tons of goose/ducks around and lots of space to walk around. Tricia has been so kind and welcoming, even dropped in to say hi and sent us some coffee & wine. What a graceful host, thank you once again 💕

Lovely light house in a great lakeside location. There is a good sized gas BBQ on the terrace which was perfect for feeding our large family gathering. There was one minor issue which the owners resolved rapidly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The lodge is in a really quiet location overlooking the lake. Watching the goslings whilst having breakfast was so lovely. The lodge is as described and everything was clean and welcoming. Would stay again. Frannie is a great host, with excellent communication.

Mark the host very helpful and Sue friendly and full of local info. Got to say after using AB&B for a few years this is one of the most attractive and comfortable we have stayed at. We spent a few days cycling and relaxing, local bus service conveniently available adjacent to the apartment. Local pubs a bit of a walk but food and drinks available at both. Look forward to staying again.

A beautiful, well equipped apartment with very friendly hosts. Lovely position by the river and in a very peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend without a doubt!

This location is exceptional ! we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and returning to such a tranquil setting after our wedding was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful day. 🤍🫶

Lisa was very responsive to my messages and gave me a heads up of an event in the area that could of made getting to the flat and parking difficult. The flat was spotless, fully furnished and was as shown and described in the AirBnB write up. The centre of Bath is a few minutes easy walk away. Although there is no parking directly outside the flat there is a car park literally a couple of minutes easy walk away. I would recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in Bath, close to the centre and Lisa was a fab host.

A very cozy, clean, and well-lit modern apartment with large windows offering beautiful views of the river and the inner garden. Everything—from the shower and kitchen to the washing machine—worked perfectly and well equipped. It is in a prime location yet private and quiet. Stuart is a thoughtful and responsive host who communicates promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

The flat is beautifully designed – stylish, modern, and spotless. It had a warm, welcoming feel and was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Great location in the city centre with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful street. It was the perfect base to explore Bristol. Kelly was fantastic – friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. She made check-in smooth and gave great local recommendations.

So good we extended our stay. Very central for bus stops, shops, cafes and restaurants. Very pretty location near river and park. Other neighbours really nice. Quiet area. Came with own private car parking space - a big bonus. Well equipped kitchen. The flat had everything you need. Ben was very helpful and was always there if needed. Responded quickly to any questions. Washing machine was another bonus as many other places did not have this. Close to train station. Comfy sofa and chairs and bed. Overall felt homely. A fabulous one bedroom apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. A great location close to everything interesting with a parking. The flat is clean and exactly as on photos.
