House holiday rentals in Batemans Bay

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Perfect property for our group of friends and kids getaway. We weren’t sure what the weather was going to be like but the house caters for rain hail or shine. The two living areas worked well for kids too. 5 min drive from the beach and plenty to see in the area. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time at this accommodation sometimes it’s difficult to find a place big enough to accommodate five families however the quirky setup of the place really worked and even though it rained the kids had an amazing time in the pool which was right in the middle of the house so we could relax and keep an eye on them at the same time!!

This place was perfect for our family with kids - spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. We loved everything about it and couldn't find any faults. The hosts were great, and the location was fantastic. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot. We're already saving it for our summer plans, and my parents absolutely adored the place. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

My friends and I were completely happy with the property and our Host Eva. It was exactly what was described and Eva was so lovely by giving us a proactive call to give us tips for our amazing stay.

We had such a wonderful time at Milkwood Barn. The space is beautifully designed, and my kids absolutely loved the treehouse! It was also so convenient being just a short drive from Berry, such a perfect spot for a little getaway.

The house was amazing with all the amenities listed m. It is private and perfect for a holiday or a weekend getaway. I definitely would recommend this place.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped !!!The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, and watching the sunset there was such a relaxing experience. The host was super friendly! The location is also great — just a short drive to the beach and local shops. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Narooma!

Spacious house, very clean and perfect for our weekend away.

The stay at Kimberley’s was excellent, so much space, clean, lots of games for kids, great backyard, beautiful views. I would definitely add Kimberley’s house to the list “stay again”, Kimberley was also really responsive with messages and everything in the house is as described, it had everything you need. The only thing that may be worth mentioning (it didn’t bother us and is clear in the photos) there is only sheers in the bedrooms. So if you’ve got little ones be prepared to be up at the first crack of sunlight.

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!

Location was excellent. Just a stroll to the beach. Accommodation clean and comfy. Yard enclosed for my pet.

The perfect retreat. We couldn't have asked for anything more, Phil and Lisa are fantastic hosts and made sure that we had an enjoyable holiday. The property setting is spectacular, with views through the bush onto the ocean. Being dog friendly was an added bonus, with a big garden and just a short walk to the beach, the whole family is catered for. We will definitely be returning.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

We had another wonderful stay at this truly lovely house. The location is peaceful & so close to the stunning beach. The house is so pretty & welcoming. It was neat & tidy with everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The view from the house is a real bonus. The host is very responsive & helpful. Sharon was lovely to deal with. Very responsive from the start and always helpful. Responded always in a very timely manner. Sharon checked on us to ensure we got into the house without issue & had everything on hand we needed. The location and house was terrific - just perfect for us to catch up for a family event at Nelligen & have a lovely coastal drive. Sharon has thought of everything! An information pack on the home and the area. Little notations around the house to help us - from which switch is for what, wall holders and phone charges available throughout, bathroom facilities & little extras - all very thoughtful. Kitchen well stocked for easy use, just bring your food! A bit chilly for us to be outside too long, however, the pit fire we would use another time! Plenty of beds and bedding, such an easy house to be cosy in. Easy to heat during our stay & would be easy to cool in Summer too. Thankyou Sharon for allowing us to stay in your lovely home :)

Trish's place was amazing! Beautiful views all around. Kangaroos at the end of the street. House had absolutely everything we needed, plus more. Was definitely a home away from home. Super comfortable and relaxing. Deep bath was an added bonus. Trish was very friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay here again.
