Family-friendly holiday rentals in Batemans Bay

A very comfortable house for a family group in great location in Kiama Downs, walking distance to the shops and beach. Very nice amenities including the spa and a big terrace. Good yard for the dogs too.

Jos's place is South Durras was the perfect location for a belated Christmas holiday with my in-laws. The home is large, and very well appointed with a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, garage with bikes, etc. It was exactly what we needed! The daily kangaroo visits were an added bonus!

The property was beautiful and easy to find with Nadja’s directions. The views from the bathroom were amazing and my wife and I were able to relax in the spa whilst looking at the landscape. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was tidy, the hosts were very nice and we would 100% stay again!

From the moment we arrived every detail about guest experience has been thought of. There are so many little, thoughtful details that truly make you feel so welcomed. My highlights were; meeting Greg who was putting the horses to bed and happy for us to wander up and have a chat and meet the animals. The two dogs Chum and Bundy were really friendly and up for a pat. Plus, the duck pond with the viewing platform and seat. So cute! The firepit had all the wood and was ready to go which I really regret not making the most of this. The personalised card, treats and breakfast was really sweet, and they provided tips on making the most of the claw foot bath tub. It's hard to find an AirBNB that still cares so much about guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses and alpacas in the paddock, and waking up in the morning with the view of the horses frolicking around. It's was an unreal experience that allowed us to unwind from our busy lives

Lovely welcoming place and the fire was lit when we arrived which was wonderful. Great place, clean had everything we needed. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic on main road at 4.30am on a Monday/Tuesday, may be different in the weekend but that was the only downfall. Everything else was amazing thank you

Allyson's place is a perfect getaway! Some highlights for me were Allyson's responsiveness, the space is pet friendly, how close it is to the beach, and the bathtub! I had a bath every night. It was so relaxing and wonderful. I highly recommend it and plan on coming back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Best location ever! The host were very accomodating and easy to contact, they really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was phenomenal! definitely would recommend this stay and will be returning.

We only had 1 night to stay but would have been happy to stay longer if we had the time. The outdoor bath and mountain views were magnificent - I just wish you could see the mountains from the outdoor bath! We didn't really make use of the kitchen but it seemed to be all well set up for actual cooking, not just heating up.

We had a great stay for the long weekend. The house was lovely and neat, the beds were very comfortable and unit out the back a great bonus. Our dogs loved the fully fenced yard. Very peaceful spot. 1 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to coffee. Will definitely be back!

It’s not often you find a place that everyone loves—but Katie’s place absolutely delivered! It was perfect for our whole family, including our dog, toddler, and baby. The home was thoughtfully stocked with toys and activities for small children, which made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. We loved being within walking distance to the beach and a small playground—such a great location. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Absolute 10/10 stay! Everything was perfect from the tiny details (robes, slippers, tea, milk, olive oil) to the things on offer (board games, yoga mats and snorkles). The house was beautifully designed and super clean, with absolutely everything we could have needed and more. We had such a good time, we ended up extending our stay for an extra night! Will be recommending to all friends and family. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much to Rob and Bede for the excellent staycation.

What a lovely place to unwind! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The surroundings were peaceful and serene — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our pups had an absolute blast playing around, which made the stay even more special. Highly recommend this charming spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle!

We had a lovely stay at Kylie’s place—it was very relaxing. The walk to the beach was nice and easy, and the local beach was perfect for our senior dog. We even had some wildlife visitors in the backyard, including beautiful birds and either wallabies or kangaroos, which was such a treat! Although it rained for almost our entire stay, we were more than happy to cozy up inside and play games by the fire.

Lovely place to stay. Peaceful location a few steps to the beach and with many other places to visit a short drive away. Clean, comfortable and stylish house with plenty of space for our family group of five plus dog. We hope to return! Susan was also very helpful and friendly without being in any way intrusive.

We loved Rosemarys place. You can’t get any closer to the beach. The sounds and view of the ocean were so peaceful and Beutiful. The kids had alot of fun playing on the beach right in front of the house. We didn’t want to leave. We will definatly be back. Rosemary and her sister were amazing hosts and helpful with anything we needed. Thanks again.

Shane was super responsive, helpful, accomodating and gave great recomendations for dinner. The place is so central to the main street in Husky without the noise. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the place was clean and clutter free which I love!

We recently enjoyed a beautiful 3 night stay at Diana’s gorgeous apartment in Mollymook. It surpassed our expectations. The apartment has all necessary amenities & is very spacious with sea views. Diana also recommended lovely cafes & restaurants & walks in the area. Highly recommended! Thanks so much for all a wonderful stay Diana ❤️

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Hosts were lovely & open to answer questions! Space is small, but cozy & had everything we needed! The playful dog greets you in the garden & makes your day a little better :)

Incredible location with an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean that makes this property really unique. The home is a short drive to most places that you’d want to visit in the area, and there are bush walking trails near by also. If you are after a special location with an ocean panorama as your backdrop, then this home will not disappoint.

We had a great stay at Carole’s place in Kangaroo Valley! Very cosy, homey cottage with a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and close to the local town. Carole was very helpful and responsive. It was a beautiful location with lots of wildlife!
