Holiday rentals with a patio in Bateau Bay

Great family place for celebrating a special occasion. Great location with lots of close options and an absolutely amazing view. There was nothing better than ending the day with a sunset spa on the roof top terrace. Felt like there was no one else in the world!

Lovely clean space with everything you need for a getaway. Great location right next to the beach and really friendly and helpful hosts!

I had booked Marlene’s as we were coming to Sydney to see my oldest sister, other family and an event - my uncles 70th birthday. We read some reviews and thought it was safe to stay at hers for the night. We arrived very late, rookie travellers and bad planning meant we checked in late and Marlene had waited the whole day for us, which we didn’t know. We were received really well. She was very kind and the house was immaculate. We just had a great time with some family and ended up not needing to stay the night at Marlene’s, we came back collected our things. If it wasn’t for the birthday, we would have DEFINITELY slept there. Bathroom was clean. Marlene was a lovely host. Very warm and welcoming!

Had a great time. The place was clean and well maintained. In a cozy and modern apartment. The location is fantastic, a three minute drive will get you to the beach, IGA shops, local Cafe, or the local pub. The town is peaceful with plenty of road side parking. The host, was very helpful. Providing clear communication and places to go around town. It is a great choice for a couple to get away for a beach side holiday.

Wonderful stay to relax & unwind after a long flight from the USA. High scale and quiet. Easy access to Terrigal (about a 3 min drive) & beaches.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Great place for a weekend in Killcare! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we could need for a lovely stay!

We had an awesome stay at Daniel’s place! We're a family of four and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having things like spices, oil, and coffee already there made things so easy. The house is modern and had everything we needed. Daniel was a great host, really responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Peaceful weekend getaway in family. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay with extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. It was lovely to feed the animals and use the firepit to roast marshmallows 😋 Thanks so much Kristen and Paul!

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, close to The Entrance and Long Jetty. Clean, tidy, and perfect for a weekend getaway.

I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

We had an amazing holiday. Adam and Sarah's apartment was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. they had left clear instructions. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of shops and the gorgeous Dee Why beach and restaurants and on the main bus route to other places. Would highly recommend.
