Apartment holiday rentals in Batavia

Dennis and Cheryl were very kind, respectful hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. They live in a house on site and they were very respectful of our space. They had a dog that was so friendly and sweet that my 3 year old loved and they were kind enough to let us play with her. It was peaceful and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! They even had everything we could’ve needed including extra toiletries and snacks for arrival following a stressful airport experience. We would stay again!

This was an amazing stay! The location was great, and I was very impressed with how Salma had been so thoughtful in their amenities. Just little things like hooks for purses, extra towels, standard items in the fridge, were very appreciated. I can see why she is a Super Host! It’s the perfect location if you want easy access to the many museums and restaurants nearby.

We visit the finger lakes region several times a year and this is space and location was a perfect fit for us. Friendly responsive host who has clear instructions to everything. A very clean, well supplied place.

Rodd our host was outstanding. He owns a wonderful cafe right downstairs. The apartment was impeccably clean and decorated. Loved the extra touches.. coffee, snacks, blankets, local info. Wonderful stay!!!!

Very clean and tidy apartment. Everything you need to live like you do at home. Kristi was very responsive to questions and very helpful with keeping the drive cleared of snow. It was a cold and very snowy week and the little place was warm and toasty every evening when I came home. Bring boots if coming in the winter time as the walk to the house from the drive is quite snowy!

This was a beautiful place for our overnight stay. Everything you needed and then some. The added touch of snacks and water was a surprise. Would stay again anytime we are this way.

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and I totally understand why people love them! Bridget's place is a cozy upstairs apartment. I lived in one years ago and it was fun feeling the nostalgia of apartment living again! (This place is MUCH nicer than the one I lived in though!) It was very clean, no hair hiding behind the toilet like in most hotels. The decor is neutral yet inviting. We didn't notice the noise much from the road and enjoyed the river view from the porch. Bridget is a very responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in and out. We were close to the falls and downtown Buffalo without much traffic issues. The apartment is very well stocked with all the essentials. The only suggestion I would have is maybe plastic or hard surface patio chairs. This is only because the bird droppings from the trees above. We were able to get them mostly clean before sitting, but hard surface would clean easier. We had a blast playing the 80/90s trivia game supplies in the closet!

Marie's place was fantastic. Everything looked just like the pictures and the entire apartment was spotless. The area the Airbnb is in seemed very safe and had an easy walk to a few restaurants and stores. The host was very responsive and polite, answering any questions I had within 30 minutes or less. I would 100% come here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was EXTREMELY clean and well-maintained. The location was great and we were able to leave our fishing kayaks by the dock, which saved us a lot of extra hauling. Super friendly neighborhood and excellent hosts.

We were visiting Buffalo for a concert at Highmark - and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Aside from being nice and close to the stadium (just a 10-minute Uber ride away), the apartment is also located in a great neighbourhood with pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. There is ample parking. But we were pleasantly surprised to see how large the space actually is. The photos do not do it justice! It's very spacious, bright, and clean. We would highly recommend this property and I'm sure we'll be back!

I am so thankful that I found this place. Beautiful, serene, thoughtful and kind host. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Just what I need. This place felt like a hug.

Such a wonderful stay and will be coming back if ever visiting Buffalo again. The space was very clean, pretty spacious with natural sunlight. Cristians was super kind, had great response time when questions arose. The coffee bar was cute and she was so thoughtful with the small personal touches added. Would highly recommend :)

We loved out stay at Laura's AirBNB. The apartment was perfect for our stay, and a short walk to great coffee spots and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was extremely clean. It had everything anyone would need in the kitchen. Very nice, clean unit. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Esther was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions I had. I highly recommend the Bunkhaus.

This place was awesome! Just as described. Would absolutely stay here again. Our luggage was delayed and the host was so gracious in helping us get that squared away. So thankful!

Our stay here was fantastic. Joan was an amazing host and had plenty of recommendations on things to do based on what we liked. Could not have been a better experience, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and overall it was such a lovely spot. Waking up to the calm of the area and being so close to so many fantastic local places made this trip one or the best we've ever had. Went for my partner's birthday this all made it truly special.

The location was immaculate and it was the perfect getaway. Located minutes away from the Falls!

We ended our trip staying here before flying out the next morning— cozy space, clean and even fresh flowers greeting us! Host was responsive to a question after we checked in. The vaulted/angled ceiling was a little lower than expected but otherwise, comfortable and great night of sleep! Would recommend to others needing a place in the area!

Great host, was very responsive in correcting a WiFi issue. Check in and leaving was simple and expectations were clearly communicated. House was well cleaned and matched the description online. Great view of the bay and very peaceful.

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
