I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

Great place to stay in Batangas City. I always prefer the check in method using lockbox since we are always not sure of the time we will be checking in. The place is really clean and it has everything that you need. I love also the idea that the living and dining area is fully airconditioned. SM Batangas is also very near and just a few minutes walk. The service is also excellent. When we needed extra bed sheets and blanket, they went out of their way just to give us what we need. My only problem is that the wifi didn’t constantly connect to our device when we are on the 2nd floor. There was available wifi mesh but I wasn’t able to make it work. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Well, third time's the charm. Just realized how convenient the honesty store was for us when our grab delivery cancelled on us two times ☺️ And as always, we felt righ at home. Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. The Adonis’s are such friendly gracious hosts that sincerely care and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. They are courteous kind and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable in their accommodations and in knowing where you are and where to go. They take you for a tour of the area and point out places of interest and good places to eat and any of the kind of places you are looking for. Just outstanding gracious kind friendly hosts.

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.
