Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Batangas

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Amazing place and very accomodating host.

Ms Kim was a responsive and generous host. We appreciate that she allowed us to do early check-in for free. The place was as pretty, neat and high-end stylish as in the photos. The fresh smell of the bedroom actually prompted me to look for the same brand and purchase one for my own home. We’ve been doing bnb’s in Twin Lakes but first time in Merlot and in a 1 BR unit. Normally we would just go out to eat. But with Ms Kim’s place, I was inspired to cook with the well-equipped kitchen and bought ingredients at Robinson’s supermarket being very nearby. My husband and I did not leave the place at all as we just slept all day in their soft bed, ate the food I prepared, played with our cat Chimmy and enjoyed Netflix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we also liked the view and spent time just talking, listening to music and the rain while lounging at the balcony. Will definitely go back. Our only suggestion is it would be much appreciated if there is a second TV in the bedroom. Overall, o

Cha’s place is amazing. Spacious for group of 10, lots of bed and space. Well functioning amenities and just a walk away from the beach. My nephew enjoyed the traditional board game of Snakes and Ladders and Checkers. Breath taking view of the lagoon too. We will be back for sure 🔆

Good bang for buck, place is rly clean and perfect for 4 guests. Wish the host listed in the listing itself the other ameneties that were available in the Airbnb like water, sugar, oil, etc. bc we werent sure whether we should bring or not, but overall a good stay. Near Ayala Malls Solenad so it’s convenient for restaurants, etc. Host was also very kind and accommodating to let us check-out later than 12nn. Would book again! :)

We are a team from a bank and we booked Nikki’s place for an overnight stay on May 10-11. Nikki is a very accommodating host. Her place looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Clear rules were given regarding the accommodation, and her staff were really polite and helpful. We were also allowed use of her soundproof entertainment room in the basement which we really enjoyed. You get value for money here. Her home is a masterpiece and so aesthetically perfect!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful stay. It’s conveniently located near the boundary of Silang and Tagaytay, but since we weren’t in the mood for tourist spots, the peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for cooking, with options like a barbecue grill, microwave, induction cooker, and rice cooker. Utensils were complete and of good quality, and there were even entertainment options to enjoy during downtime. Neil was a very responsive and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The size of the property was perfect for a group of 10pax. The place was clean and smells good. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of the place! Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. If you are looking for a place to unwind or a place to relax, this is the place to be. The host is very responsive to our inquiries about the place and the floating cottage at little boracay. I highly recommended this place if you’re planning to go to Calatagan Batangas.

Overall stay in the place is great. We loved the view since we stepped in the house. It just so happened that internet was intermittent during our stay due to a line cut in the area, but we were able to work it out. There were nature bugs like big butterflies and dragonflies in the patio since there is a garden, some of us are afraid of these but we survived. The area is quiet at night, with view of night lights, and great place to be one with the nature.

We enjoyed at Mabel's place we had a peaceful night last...although we only stayed for a night...recommendable place 😊

We really enjoy our stay here. Ms. Joan, sir. Rex and Ate Gagay are very friendly and accommodating. The house, beach, and pool are good. All worth it! 🥰

Sir Dhon is really responsive from our inquiries pa lang up to check-out day. The place is same as advertised. Very accessible sa mga restaurants and sites. The unit is really nice. Good for staycation din siya if hindi niyo trip lumabas labas. Unit is super clean. Very maarte talaga kami when it comes to cleanliness ng hotels/airbnb specially sa toilet and beddings and wala ka talagang masasabi na bad thing kasi very clean siya. Def. a 10/10 stay.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

Love the homy feel and the aesthetic vibes and design of the place. Was able to work with their internet speed and had a restful stay as well. So loved that their bathroom is spotless clean and has no lingering smell. All in all we had a great stay and would love to stay here again. 😊🫶

Easy check-in, great value for money, and a very responsive host. The caretaker was also a big help. There are probably just few small things that could be improved to ensure a perfect stay, but we really enjoyed our time here! Thank you!

The host/co-host was very responsive. The unit was clean & big for a family. We enjoyed our quick stay in the unit. Also, the place was quiet & peaceful, good also for those who want to get away from the busy life in the city.

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with a toddler. It’s conveniently located near the mall, convenience stores, fast food spots, and restaurants. The host and her assistant were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!
