It’s a great place! Kumpleto sa utensils, nag enjoy rin kami sa karaoke, malinis na pool, badminton, and basketball ring. Masarap din tumambay sa labas. Very cozy ang sofa and chairs. Mababait din ang care taker at inaassist kami pati sa mini sari sari store na within the airbnb. If may isusuggest lang ako, is add ng PWD friendly ramps since family gathering, madami kaming kasamang seniors and may PWD rin na naka wheel chair. Overall, it’s an awesome place. We made memories between me and my girlfriend’s family. Thank you, P’s place! Will recommend and will likely book again if may family gathering ulit.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Great place to stay. If you are looking for a place to unwind or a place to relax, this is the place to be. The host is very responsive to our inquiries about the place and the floating cottage at little boracay. I highly recommended this place if you’re planning to go to Calatagan Batangas.

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

My family of and I had a really pleasant stay at Diana’s place. It’s true that the place is pristine and looks better than the photos ❤️ We especially appreciate the responsiveness of the caretaker Kuya Alex and team. Everything was smooth and we felt right at home. Beds are comfortable and spacious, AC units are new and pool water temperature was perfect. If there was one negative is that our stay was too short! I wish we had stayed longer, will definitely be back next time. 😁 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is definitely worth the price! It looks exactly like what’s shown in the listing — peaceful, private, and very clean. My team and I really loved our stay here, and they even said we made the right choice for our team outing. The bed feels hotel-like, the bathroom is spotless, and the bedroom is tucked away enough that only minimal noise can be heard — perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, which made cooking easy. The griller was also a big plus since we didn’t bring our own. The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions, especially on what we could bring. Most essentials were already available, especially in the kitchen. We didn’t get to fully explore the place as most of us arrived late — sayang the game room! Also, a heads-up: the property is downhill, so expect a good number of stairs. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for a day family vacation with 14 people (10 adults, 4 kids), and it was absolutely amazing! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms and the game room — they didn’t want to leave! The highlight was definitely the pool area — it felt like having our own private resort. We grilled dinner at night and enjoyed eating while the kids swam and adults doing Karaoke. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts even provided a large oven for our pandesal. Beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication from the host, fast responses, and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big family or group. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

It was a relaxing stay. Bedrooms were conducive for relaxing! Just a recommendation to have the sala airconditioned cause it can get hot during summer aftenoons but it was a beautiful peaceful place that is private. Ms. Sheila is also very accomodating. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back again!

Our family had a great time at Tirta Shores. Easy check in and check out. Ate Lolit was friendly and just one call away. The amenities were endorsed properly. In daytime, we loved using the kayak and paddle boards available at the resort. Even the kids had fun since life vests were provided. The view during sunset is stunning. The only downside thing is that the aircon unit of the Master's Bedroom of the Pool Villa is quite weak, the kids were somwehat sweaty even at night. Overall, it was fun and such a cozy place to stay with love ones. :)

Villa Solana is certainly on a whole different level! The amenities are well-maintained and you can enjoy everything at this place, from the billiards, karaoke room, watching shows from the big flat screen TV, and even having the choice for having indoor or outdoor dining! How cool is that!? The place has its touch of serenity since you can enjoy everything privately and there are no nearby loud music. The hosts informed us beforehand that the beach nearby their place is closed but they offered us a boat tour package for us to enjoy, which we really did! You get to experience the beauty of Nasugbu, Batangas through their offers. We really loved the place and hope to experience it all over again. Thank you Jane and Keith!

Collin's place is clean and beautiful. The house is relatively new with complete kitchen and dining amenities. Linens, beddings, curtains look newly-washed. Collin has set very clear guidelines regarding the use of the house, which I appreciate. Communication is easy, from booking to check-out. Ate Maru also welcomed us and made our stay comfortable.

House has this old, ancestral vibe. It is very spacious. Kahit magtakbo-takbo ung bata pwede. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious too. Medyo maalikabok lang ung tables inside when we arrived and ung floor pero understandable coz of location lalo na sa labas ng house is sand. Nakaseparate ung kitchen but very clean and halos lahat ng need mo andun. Even the ref is very clean. Medyo hassle lang kasi magkabilang dulo ung kitchen and dining pero they have a cart naman you can use to bring the food and stuff to and from the dining. Sophia is a very nice host. Very responsive. She didn’t get tired of answering my querries. Ate Anita was a great help too.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone in Casa Maria for the dinner table and room set up I requested for me and my gf. Amazing accomodation with a clean bathroom, complete kitchen and super comfy bed and pillows. Aircon was nice and cold as well once we entered. The beach area was amazing! Madaming chairs, cabanas and tables beach front so just pick a spot. We arrived during low tide so its a bit rocky so bring aqua shoes but once high tide came in ang sarap mag swim. Meron rin Water activities to do just ask reception. Loved their Mango shake so get one if you have a chance. Sadly, didnt get the chance to try their food but if you need other necessities na nakalimutan bilhin may mini store naman sila. Reminder lang to bring a 4 wheeler or SUV cause the road going down Casa Maria is steep but a sedan can go down naman just do it slowly. All in all amazing amazing stay! Would come back again for sure!

We booked this stay to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more fitting. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed—complete with cooking tools and even a grill. Although we chose to order food instead, the hosts kindly prepared it for us, and everything was cooked just right. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to any questions.

One Bakawan Resort is exactly as it was advertised on the photos. The place was very clean and beautiful. They even provided bath towels. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was very clean and the water is not harsh on the skin. The nearby beach can be accessed via a beach walkway just a few meters from the property, and can be reached in 1-3 mins by foot. The beach was not white sand but the sand has a fine texture and the beach was clean and the waves are calm on a certain part of the day so it is advisable to swim. There is no cell service inside the resort but their wifi was reliable and has strong connections. The nearest alfamart is just a few mins drive away but there are many nearby sari sari stores to buy goods from. Their caretaker ate Mae and kuya Dan were both responsive and helpful during our stay. The host was also very responsive to my inquiries before and after our stay. Overall, we had a great stay in the property because of the amenities and people behind it.

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. We really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space for a large number of guests. It was also easy to find using Waze. We experienced minor hiccups such as a later check-in as the place was not yet ready when we arrived 5 minutes before check-in time. There was also a delay in serving merienda and drinking water. However, the overall service was good and the resident caretaker was very apologetic. They made it up with the quality of the food we ordered. We especially loved the lomi, okoy, and pugon roasted chicken. We also appreciate that there was a massage service being offered. Both food and massage need to be ordered/booked in advance. Tanya's place is perfect for those seeking quiet and peace with friends and family.

Darwin’s place is a good place to chill and unwind. My sister celebrated her 18th birthday there and her friends were happy since the place is very private. The caretaker and owner is also responsive whenever I have questions. The kitchen utensils were complete and the rooms were big and tidy. My sister and her friends had a pleasant stay. There’s a chance that we might go back here.

We had a wonderful vacation at Catherine's place. The place was clean and beautifully designed. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
