Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Batam Island

there were issues with aircon unit in the master room. host arranged for immediate onsite assessment themselves, followed by arranging a aircon technician within 2hrs. it is disappointing that the issue wasn't able to be resolved during my stay. but host was eager to get matters resolved and even went the extra mile. so 100% for their service. I trust they'll look into the issue and have it resolved asap. will be back again.

Nice place, same as advertised. Near malls and lots of food places in walkable distance. Clean and well maintained. Do note that it's a dual key unit. We have had experiences staying in dual key units but the sound insulation isn't great, entire time we stayed here we could hear the other unit tenants ENTERING the house and some random muttering so, not the biggest issue but just to take note. Amenities are great, just note that the washer is a laundromat. Awesome pool and gym, walkable distance to mall and an apparently popular Hotpot place, kbbq and a dimsum restaurant!

I had a fantastic stay at Rachel's Airbnb! She was an excellent host, providing thoughtful touches like snacks, drinks, and other beverages to make us feel welcome. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and she also provided shampoo, body wash, and detergent, which was super convenient. The location is great, with several shopping malls nearby, including AEON Mall, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you, Rachel, for making our trip so enjoyable!

For every criteria on what makes a good Airbnb apartment, this one will score well on all of them. However, in attempting to maximize space to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, there was no room for a table top or shelf in the bedrooms for me to put my things on. Minor issue though. Thanks for a lovely stay which is a short walk to Legoland across the road.

집처럼 편안한 숙소네요. 간이 건조기가 있어서 세탁물 건조가 쉽네요. 정수기나 정수필터가 있으면 더 금상첨화겠고 개미등 일부 벌레가있으나 호스트가 즉각 해결해주고 열대지방에서 벌레는 어쩔수 없는거라 생각됩니다

Appreciated Mandy’s responsiveness, before booking and during our stay too - with same day response and support. The place was generally clean with basic amenities provided and near the lift. We had a comfortable stay overall. It’s a good base - walkable to Midvalley Shopping Mall via the back (about 15min relaxed walk).

I had a wonderful stay at Zack's apartment! The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the linens to the bathroom — you can tell Zack takes great care in maintaining the place. What stood out most was the serenity of the environment. It was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat, especially for light sleepers or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The view from the apartment was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset — a real bonus! The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities, from kitchen essentials to a reliable Wi-Fi connection, making it feel just like home. I also appreciated the thoughtful little touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Zack’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed stay. Would definitely book again!

It is a clean, clutter free apartment.. good city view, location is near to shopping mall. A lot of eatery around the area.

Jess is a great host! We had a few questions during the stay and she answered so promptly. She also accommodated an early check in at 10am and a slightly later check out at 1pm so we are really grateful. The flat is really furnished in all things panda as per the pictures which our kids loved. Location was also really good as it’s just a few mins drive from Mid valley mall. The whole block seems to be doing Airbnb so the lobby and guardhouse are always full of people going in and out

It was an honor to stay at Blissful Home. I was glad that the condition of the house was better than the picture. Everything seemed clean and new. The host told me what we needed before checking in, and she kept me in touch to make sure I didn't have any inconvenience after that. She answered the questions quickly and kindly after checking in. I chose this house because it received a lot of good reviews from Koreans, and I felt that the choice was right. I woke up in the morning and started the morning looking at the scenery outside the window. It was an unforgettable experience for me. My child enjoyed swimming and my husband was a happy home where he could relax. If I go to Johor bahru again, I would like to stay at Blissful Home again.
