Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bastia Umbra

Truly magical. We felt so blessed to find this place and to be here. Absolutely gorgeous. Our flight was delayed and we got lost and the owner waited until midnight to let us in. The house has everything you need. We had a wedding in the area and the house had a hair dryer and hair straighteners! The balcony is perfect and we cannot believe we were lucky enough to stay here. Thank you so much!

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

We have stayed at many great Airbnbs in many countries and this one must be one of the most luxurious. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could wish for. The location is very peaceful and beautiful. Rob and Ilonka are gracious hosts and nothing is too much trouble. A welcome pack of cookies, wine, water, soft drinks, snacks, milk (there was possibly more!) was waiting. Ilonka also brought us a bowl of fresh cherries and made us almond cookies. It’s a real 5* experience There are many local walks to try and places to visit and many restaurants to choose from. We suggest a car is needed as there are no taxis or public transport. Highly recommended!!

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Abbiamo soggioranto con il nostro cagnolino a maggio. Ottimo monolocale e splendida la location, soprattutto molto tranquilla e silenziosa, nonostante la relativa vicinanza di una zona abitata e la strada. Maddalena ci ha lasciato in cucina i loro prodotti locali, per una abbondante colazione. Comodissima la vicinanza agli splendidi borghi umbri. Consigliatissima!

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

We had a wonderful stay in Federica and Paolo’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Assisi, not far from the shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the super comfortable beds, that it was quiet at night and the thoughtful selection of breakfast items made available that meant we didn’t need to go to the supermarket before breakfast on our first day having arrived late in the evening before. Thank you for a great stay.

Daniela was awesome! She helped us find a great restaurant and facilitated our visit. The place is great and right in the middle of the village. Highly recommended!

Ottima esperienza, molto consigliata

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Tutto corrispondente alle descrizioni. Facile da raggiungere e facile seguire le indicazioni in merito al check-in e check out per i quali abbiamo avuto estrema flessibilità. Le host sono molto attente alle necessità e disponibili. L’abitazione è accogliente e ben organizzata, dotata dei principali confort.

Casa stupenda meglio di quanto descritta, spaziosa, luminosa, pulita, con parcheggio interno cortile, comoda al centro commerciale, alla città e all'autostrada , Gabriella gentile e ingresso flessibile per noi utilissimo, tra le migliori viste fino ad ora ... grazie

Cristina è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli logistici. È stato un vero piacere trascorrere la vacanza nella sua villetta. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha seguito in tutti gli spostamenti che abbiamo fatto. La sua dimora è molto bella , immersa in un oasi di serenità e pace. La consiglio vivamente.

We loved the house. It is in the perfect place for exploring Gubbio. It's near everything. Barbara answered any questions promptly. A very typical authentic house in the middle of a the medieval city.

Ottima esperienza! La terrazza offre una meraviglia vista su Assisi. L’appartamento è in una delle vie centrali, facile da raggiungere.

Assisi was beautiful and Daniele’s place was exactly what we wanted: close to the Basilica of St Francis, peaceful part of the old city and easy access to restaurants. Daniele was quick to respond to our texts and very helpful with getting us a taxi back to the train station when we left. Thanks Daniele for being a wonderful host.

Clean and comfortable, provided all the necessities for travellers like us, including travel guide, toiletries, utilities and etc. Quiet place but convenient, grocery is just within walking distance

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.

Nos gustó mucho la casa de Stefano, es amplia, cálida con una vista bellísima, cerca de todos los lugares turísticos y muy tranquila para descansar. Stefano es una persona muy amable, nos dio muchos consejos útiles para recorrer la bella Assisi. Volveríamos alojarnos aquí sin duda . Gracias

I had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s place! Cristina was an incredibly friendly and helpful host — she made me feel very welcome and was always available if I needed anything. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also perfect — very central and close to everything I needed. I truly appreciate Cristina’s warm hospitality and support during my stay. Highly recommended!
