Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bastia Umbra

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We had a 3 night's stay at Angela's place. We felt like home as soon as we arrived. It really is in a perfekt spot, out of the bedroom window a beautifull view but also very close to the city center. The hosts provied some welcome gifts and also some food for your first night there wich is very convenient. To get too the AirBnb can be quiet tricky but in my opinion it is not. Angela gave us clear instructions where to go and how to find and answerd quickly on our messages. We had a wonderfull stay there and would definitly recommend you Angela as an host for you stay in Perugia.

The pictures didn’t do this accommodation justice. It was amazing! Noemi was very communicative in messaging. We wish we had more time in this place… it was perfect!

Mario and Serena are great hosts. The welcomed us and everything is available in the house. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc. We really felt at home.

We spent a wonderful week in Umbria, the perfect apartment for two people is really equipped with everything (it's the first time we've found toothbrushes in the bathroom!!!)... very comfortable bed with two pillows, TV with Sky and Netflix... the garden in total safety is a must for those of us who travel with a medium-sized four-legged couple in tow (by the way, cushions and mattresses are also available if you forget!)... The experience with Michela was very positive, because she was attentive, ready and caring... we can only recommend!!!

Great views. very comfortable, and pleasant. A walk to everything. Loved the space, love the little terrace balcony with a fantastic view overlooking the city and the mountains.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

Monia is a fantastic host, she even personally kept a parking space in the local parking lot for us!! (it was a day of festivities in the city). The house was super cozy and clean, with beautiful photos of the traditional Festa dei Ceri in Gubbio. We only stayed for a short time and even thought about extending the visit by a day :) we definitely have to come back! Thank you so much, Monia, for everything!!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

We had a great time in Perugia, and the flat was amazing. The location was great and we were very comfortable. Mauro was very responsive, friendly and helpful. And thank you so much for the snacks, water and prosecco! Definitely recommend.

Great stay in this apartment about a 20-25 minute walk from downtown. Silvia is a very nice and friendly host immediately tries to put you at ease and is very helpful in providing you with help if you miss something in the house. The back garden is nice, which can be used freely; great parking included in the reservation exactly in front of the property. Recommended

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

One of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. I will come back to this B&B.

We had the most amazing stay here. The property and view is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and make you feel like you're staying at a hotel (but with a more home like comfort). Breakfasts are delicious, and they even give you an option to pick what you want to eat when you arrive. Coffee options are excellent! Better than 10/10! Would come back in a heartbeat.

We stayed in this beautiful B&B for two nights. The place is magnificent with a spectacular view of Perugia and the surrounding hills. Lamberto and Francesca are very kind and very nice, they delighted us with a rich and well-prepared breakfast, with a crazy view. The house is magnificent and our room was very clean and very nice. It was a wonderful stay and if we return to the area we will stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to Lamberto and Francesca for hosting us in their home, we can't wait to come back!
