Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

In addition, there are 2 bathrooms - one contains a shower and laundry column. From the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, as well as the cozy courtyard environment. If you travel with kids, there are plenty of toys available.
