Quiet, nature and seaside holiday accommodation, close to Båstad centre. The house is recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher), large living room, 3 bedrooms – one room with double bed and two rooms with bunk beds. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Close to the house lovely lawn and a wooden deck. The house is located about 250 meters from the sea and the beach. Walking and cycling distance to Båstad harbor, tennis/padel, restaurants, shops, etc.

Close to swimming and beautiful quiet beach

Take a break and enjoy 250 meters from a wonderful sandy beach, in a summer cottage with a living room (2 beds), kitchen and separate bedroom (1 double bed). 2 patios. 2 extra beds are available for temporary use some weeks (see Themes: total then 4+2b). 450 meters to paddle and tennis courts. Beautiful hiking trails and bike paths nearby. 5 km to the nearest golf course. 13 km to Torekov. 11 km to Båstad. 6 km to a larger grocery store. On the property, there is an additional house about 15 meters away that is occupied by the host.

Welcome to enjoy the summer in this charming and comfortable cottage a stone's throw from the sea! There are amenities such as AC, private patio, newly built kitchen and bathroom (2022) and of course Skummeslöv beach just 100 meters from the door. Bakery, swimming jetty, Ica shop, tennis courts, bike rental and forest walks are all within 10 minutes walking distance. For those who want to get away, Båstad is close (about 8 km) and the host will be happy to show you a nice bike path there along the water.

Båstad Kungsberget

Kungsberget takes its name thanks to its beautiful location above Båstad overlooking the Bay of Laholms and Hallandsåsen. Here the sun shines from morning to the evening. 3 km to the port of Båstad. Skåneleden pass by. The silence is deafening. No mosquitoes!!! - Small house for 4 on large plot. Own family "golf course" m. 9 holes: 6 ”Lockbox”, 3 putting holes, all on a small scale. Close to Sweden's longest sandy beach. Good train connections, direct trains to Ängelholm, Helsingborg and Copenhagen.

Within 5 minutes walking distance is Torekov Hotel where you can eat at the mentioned restaurant or have a drink. Torekov's village attracts with picturesque fishing, cafés and hiking.

Residence with living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom Separate sleeping cabin/guest room. Please note that cleaning is not included and that you as a guest are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition as when you moved in. Sheets and towels are usually not included but can be arranged by agreement.

WINTER SEASON Skiing in Vallåsen, 20 minutes by car, the slopes are now open (2017)
