The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy cleaning for SEK 550. Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house is located in the old part of Båstad, a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole private courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sun loungers, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed, two extra sleeping places.
