Lovely & bright apartment with sea and pool view! Perfectly planned 85 sqm with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen in open plan. Terrace with barbecue facilities overlooking the pool. Apartment is renovated 2020 and the swimmingpool 2023. 200 meters to the ocean and to Paulins Brygga for a nice swimmingpool. 15 minutes walk to Båstad marina with all the cozy restaurants, shops, tennis- and padel facilities. 1,5 km to Norrvikens Trädgårdar with its lush gardens, nice café and restaurants.

Fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with dishwasher/washing machine/dryer. parking space and bus station a stone's throw away. Please leave a short description with age and if you are couples, family or friends when making request. We do unfortunately not accept younger groups of friends

Välkommen till denna välplanerade lägenhet som har en uteplats i söderläge med sol hela dagen. Här har du nära till den härliga sandstranden i Mellbystrand, till restauranger men också till sköna löpslingor i det närliggande naturreservatet Hökafältet. I boendet finns täcke och kudde till samtliga sängar men inga lakan och handdukar. Jag hyr även ut ett boende via mitt företag i Malexander se annons Trivsamt rymligt hus i natursköna omgivningar för referenser.
