Our villa of 200 m2 is a haven of peace located 300 m walk from the beach of Nogent, in a residential area of Sainte Rose. It offers sea views, has an infinity salt water swimming pool and a beautiful tropical garden (ylang ylang, banana trees, mango tree, several varieties of palm trees, guava, etc.) on 2700 m2 fenced, with a carbet.
