Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

When we visited, the weather was sunny. I wished there was air conditioning, but in this beautiful weather, you won't need it. The host is helpful and kind.

Ataberk’s Bey’s family was so lovely and attentive to our requests and we really enjoyed staying at their home. We traveled with our pups who loved the backyard.

Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

We had a very nice weekend vacation. Undoubtedly, Mr. Halil has the biggest share in this. She hosted us very well and the house was very clean. She was always supportive in the background. It responded to our every need as quickly as possible. It was a clean and convenient villa. We would like to thank Mr. Halil for making it feel like our own home.

We stayed for 8 people for 1 night, our only regret was not staying longer. The house had everything we needed, toilets bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable with armchairs. The view is already legendary, watching the lake from the top floor was also very enjoyable to spend the night in the hot tub and hot pool. There was no one who saw us because it was covered with trees all around. We would like to thank Ms. Nur for all her interest and relevance. We will be staying again soon.

Mr. Erkan communicated very well with us from the moment we made the reservation. The house was clean and tidy as it looked in the pictures. The pool temperature was extremely good. The use of the hot tub, the garden, the barbecue were all enjoyable. The only thing missing about the house was the lack of sleeping equipment for 5 people, but we talked about it. I think they will consider it for the future. It is in a good location in terms of proximity to Kartepe and the Istanbul road. However, having a few factories around may cause problems for those with asthma problems.

We went with a large group of friends and the size of the house met our requests. The house was clean and tidy. The heated pool temperature was good enough. The hot tub and hammam concept inside the house are a nice alternative, although we do not have much opportunity to use them. The host also answered our questions right away. We had a very pleasant weekend, I think it is a very good option, especially for large groups.

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. We stayed with 3 families for 2 nights in Mr. Serkan's big villa. Thankfully, he greeted me at the door, very friendly and friendly Mr. Serkan. Her house was already the same as the photo, clean. It's a place where we only go for 3 days as a family, and we wish we could stay a lot longer. Transportation by car is very easy, close to the center, where you can meet all your needs. We're already planning to stay longer next year.

The place was very nice, it was a quiet place, there was only a problem with the water, the hot tub was full in a very long time, the hot water was problematic when taking a shower, its interior heating was very nice, I hope we will be on our way again
