Our Geyikli Pavilion villa is in the concept of a chalet and in a 2000 m2 detached garden, 15 minutes away from Kartepe Ski Center, located in a central location and dominated by a unique mountain view. We have 20 different fruit trees and 3 very special 500 year old trees. Our 45 m2 swimming pool is heated. We have a hot tub. There are 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms and an American kitchen. Outdoors, there are seating areas with a garden fireplace and a barbecue corner.

We tried to think about everything you might need to feel at home. The issue we act most sensitively to is cleaning. In addition to general cleaning, we disinfect our house with both ultraviolet light and high temperature steam in order to provide extra hygiene in today's conditions. We tried to color your environment with the furniture and accessories we produced ourselves. We took care to ensure naturalness and simplicity with wooden pieces.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Our family vacation has become unforgettable thanks to the recommendations of Ms. Nurbanu and her house. The location of the house is separate and beautiful. Ms. Emine is a wonderful host. He was incredibly caring during and before the stay and was very helpful in everything. We were able to get an immediate response every time we tried to reach him. He is a very friendly and warm person. Also, the house and the pool were clean. If my path falls back to Sapanca, I will stay at Ms. Emine's house without hesitation. You can choose it with the convenience of Gonul. I'm sure you'll be very pleased.
