Domenico welcomed us and introduced us to the city of Matera, he gave us good advice to organize our visit. He was proactive and very considerate during our stay. We stayed 2 nights, the location is ideal and very close to the sassi, the accommodation is clean, very pleasant with very good bedding. Some restaurants as well as a convenience store are within a 5-minute walk. We loved it and will gladly come back.

Antonella is one of the nicest hosts we’ve had. She went above and beyond and was so lovely. The house is better than the pictures. Perfect location within walking distance to the Sassi of Matera. Its downstairs so it was really cool inside, a nice change from the heat outside. Overall wonderful cant fault it

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its location. I highly recommend it because of the location. I highly recommend it as a short-term accommodation. There are eateries and restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a studio, so it's small, but if you have a short schedule, there's no problem living there. There are all the utensils for cooking at the accommodation. It is an open structure because it is a corridor on the 1st floor.

Could use a long list of words to describe the location and Matera. Stunning is the right one. Location is breathtaking. You feel like you are simply part of the stones.

We spent 1 night with my parents and my boyfriend and it was amazing! A typical Sasi of the city of Matera, great location, with parking in front. It is difficult to get a place in the free one, but there is another one next to it that is quite cheap (€1/hour). Super clean, tidy and with lots of light. We loved it for 1 or 2 nights.

Matera is a wonderful place. The flat is confortable, easy to reach, and if you travel there by car you even have a space to park for free. Very quiet. There's coffee and tea, which is always a nice welcome

Lovely place and location, in the green and overlooking the gulf. Peace and quiet guaranteed to be immersed in nature. Tonino and his wife gave us precise directions and welcomed as if we were at home. Priceless stay!

I stayed in this B&B for a short two days in Matera. The accommodation is wonderful, spacious and with all the necessary comforts. Maurizio was super helpful and very clear right from the start in providing us with directions to the house. I highly recommend

Castelluccio house This is a comfortable, roomy house in a beautiful green setting. It has large windows and a big front patio, full of flowers, overlooking the mountains and the valley below. It’s in a totally quiet rural setting, only 10 minutes drive into town. It’s one of the most peaceful settings we’ve stayed; it was wonderful to sleep so deeply. One issue to be aware of is the heating system (it was still chilly when we were there in early May). It’s good if you are familiar with making fires in a fireplace or wood stove, as this actually heats water pipes that control the radiators in the rest of the house. This is a property that shows the care and love of the owners, and the host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Monica was an excellent host and always responded promptly to our many enquiries. The apartment was immaculate and very modern with everything you could want for a comfortable stay and very convenient to many great restaurants, shopping and places of interest. We would highly recommend this property.

Every word would be superfluous to describe Marco's availability and kindness, a rare level of hospitality and when we needed it, he was immediately ready to help us, much more than he was in his duty. Not to mention the location, basically it's a simple country house, then you go out, sit at the table under the gazebo in the garden and it is here that you understand what is special about this place. You can enjoy a breathtaking view that on one side overlooks the valley that then leads to the nearby village of Corleto Perticara, on the other expanses of woods and mountains What can I say, if you're looking for some peace, a few days away from the daily stress, this is the place for you. Clean and tidy. The distance to the train station was a plus. We also liked the terrace. Full equipment including umbrellas, high-quality attention to detail. Easy and efficient contact, helpful owners. Everything was explained to us well.

If I could give 6 stars I would. A phenomenal location in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Antonella and her son gave great recommendations and were great to communicate with.

I recommend Manuela's house. Not everyone likes interiors decorated with an artistic soul, a million little things that make life more enjoyable, and wonderful cards with instructions and greetings in different places. Cats and a dog and chickens sometimes look for company, but they are not intrusive. Cicadas have been great for a day in the morning. There's a common area where you can relax and dine in the evening.

We had a great time, cozy accommodation and equipped with everything you need. The host and his wife welcomed us in the best way and the stay was perfect, very quiet and the relaxation we were looking for, overlooking beautiful landscapes. Nearby there are more places to visit and where to go hiking immersed in an unbridled nature, rich in springs and lush

Excellent Sassi rental. Husband and I rented it for the night - and it really was magical. Flexible check in, located right off the main strip, with an easy walk to all major sites and restaurants. Romantic, quaint and perfectly matched the city’s charm and vibe. Highly recommend - and recommend at least two nights to get the full experience.

Would highly recommend anyone to stay in this apartment, whether for a short or long stay. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a large comfortable bed, great shower, and two AC units (very necessary in humid Bari) While the neighborhood itself has much to be improved in terms of cleanliness, Giada’s apartment is an oasis. Location is also convenient, as it’s 15 minute walk from the old town and waterfront, and a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Giada herself was very responsive, and quick to ensure everything was going well.

Raffaele was immediately kind and helpful. Due to an emergency (we had a great time) it allowed us to extend the stay at a favorable price. In general, the house has everything you need for a stay of a few days in Bari also because the location allows you to comfortably reach the station and the old Bari area.

This is an excellent property with well appointed kitchen and laundry. It was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The garage was a welcome addition, despite available street parking. The keyless internet entry worked very well (but does require your phone to have data).

Great place to stay close to the city center. Walkable to all of the attractions and restaurants. Great place for a couple or a family with one child.

Michele's place is a bright,clean,modern apartment . Located near oldtown this modern and secure building is an easy walk to the attractions and the seaside. the large sunny terrace is a great place to enjoy some outside time overlooking the city skyline. It Is about an 8 minute walk to the location where many tour busses leave for day trips to Alberobello and Matera. I would gladly return

This place is a great choice if you visit Bari for a few days. Max is very friendly and responsive, he answered all our questions promptly and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The place is located very close to the station, so if you take the train from the airport, you will find it very quickly. It’s also close to the big station from which you can visit surrounding cities. Walking to the city center is a pleasure because you can wander on a lot of streets. There is a big supermarket nearby if you want to get some groceries. The kitchen is very nicely equipped, we made breakfast every morning and we had everything we needed. The place is clean and the space is well used in the sense that it gives you everything you need for a few days away from home. I definitely recommend Max’s place for a trip to Bari!
