Nos alojamos en lo de Nicola 4 noches 4 adultos. Super recomendable . Impecable ,no falta nada para una buena estadia. Nos recibio con productos para el.desayuno y quien estaba sediento pudia disfrutar bebidas frescas . Nicola se comunico siempre de manera clara y precisa Es cerca de la peatonal.y de la costanera. I loved every minute of my stay at Antonio’s apartment. He greeted me warmly and helped me get my luggage to the apartment while giving me clear instructions. He showed me around the amenities including the washer (detergent too!) and WiFi. He was very accessible throughout my stay although I didn’t not have to reach out to him much at all, as everything went monthly. The place was super clean, modern, and appropriate for my business travel. The A/C and bed were comfortable. The neighborhood was charming and perfectly situated near the old town and train station. The folks I encountered in the building seemed nice and understanding as I could not speak Italian. Great place I can tell that Antonio takes great pride as a host. I would definitely stay there again, it made my first trip to Bari very special!

Muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación perfecta para llegar caminando a la Città Vecchia. Muchas opciones de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Cuando llegamos Marcos nos había dejado café, galletas y los famosos orecchiette para probar. Excelente atención!!!’

Abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. All' accoglienza ci stava Antonella, persona splendida che ci ha consigliato tutto su come muoverci. Se l'idea della vacanza è quella di rilassarsi, allora è il posto giusto Consiglio di vero cuore. Unica pecca se posso i condizionatori che non ci sono, ma la casa è ventilata.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

Questa casetta, ristrutturata con garbo, si trova al centro (praticamente al di sotto del Municipio e a breve distanza dalla piazza princiale) del magico borgo di Aieta. dove gentilezza e genuinità ti avvolgono e ti fanno sentire appagato e sereno. Alloggiare nella casa di Antonio per noi (io, il mio compagno e il nostro cane Selly) è stata una esperienza rilassante e gioiosa. È fresca, silenziosa, e c'è tutto ciò che serve. Grazie ad Antonio e a suo padre, entrambi squisiti. Da tornarci!

Dario und seine Mutter sind liebenswerte, sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist vorbildlich und herzlich. Die Villa ist ein nettes Häuschen auf einem kleinen parkähnlichen Grundstück in einer bewachten großen Ferienanlage, dem Borgo. Im Umkreis von 50 km findest du viele lohnende Ziele. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Anastasia jako gospodarz bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja jednak jest trochę oddalona od Starego miasta. Nie zauważyliśmy w opisie, że mieszkanko jest poniżej parteru, raczej na poziomie sutereny, i to pewnie powoduje, że czuć trochę stęchliznę, jak pisano tym w poprzednich opiniach. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni, Gospodyni jest miła i elastyczna.

Der Blick von der Terrasse zur Kirche von Irsina ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist riesig und wir fanden sie wunderbar; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Irsina ist sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Matera, Castel del Monte, Altamura etc. Domenico antwortet sofort auf Fragen und seine umfangreichen Tipps sind Gold wert. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Birds, an occasional dog barking, and sometimes a hungry sheep bleating to be fed, are the only sounds we heard at this peaceful farmhouse. The farmhouse was built by the grandfather and until Mario and Antonietta retired and moved into the village, this was the family home. We loved going into the village of San Gregonio to eat, walking in the country lanes, and sitting at the outdoor table drinking coffee as the sun rose. Don't miss this chance to experience the Italian countryside, the warmth of your hosts, the village and the food! We highly recommend staying at the farmhouse.

Tutto perfetto! Sandra ci ha accolto personalmente ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile. La casa pulita, spaziosa e molto carina! il giardino illuminato la sera crea un'atmosfera davvero accogliente e rilassante! peccato averci trascorso una sola notte! Grazie ❤️

Todo ha estado estupendo. La ubicación del alojamiento es ideal, cerca de la estación, del centro y de la Bari Vecchia. El departamento está impecable y los anfitriones fueron inmejorables.

Angela est une personne incroyable, le logement proposé est superbe, l’endroit est calme et reposant, la piscine est un vrai plus, et le jardin avec transat et hamac est génial. Angela nous a recommandé des restaurants qui étaient divins, où nous avons été accueillis super bien, elle avait même réservé pour nous ! Bref allez-y les yeux fermés ! Gros coup de coeur pour Malaika et surtout Nana, ses chiennes qui sont tellement adorables !

Gabriella’s place was wonderful, very welcoming, clean and tidy! The bed was super comfy and bathroom very clean. The air con worked well which was very much needed and Gabriella was one of the most communicative hosts I have had. She was very pro active and friendly from the beginning and gave clear check in/out instructions, sent us recommendations and was very responsive. Only con is it was about a 20 min walk from the centre of Bari which was quite intense in the heat. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
