We stayed at Nicola's for 4 nights, 4 adults. Highly recommended. Impeccable, nothing is missing for a good stay. He greeted us with breakfast products and those who were thirsty could enjoy fresh drinks. Nicola always communicated clearly and accurately It's close to the pedestrian area and the waterfront. I loved every minute of my stay at Antonio’s apartment. He greeted me warmly and helped me get my luggage to the apartment while giving me clear instructions. He showed me around the amenities including the washer (detergent too!) and WiFi. He was very accessible throughout my stay although I didn’t not have to reach out to him much at all, as everything went monthly. The place was super clean, modern, and appropriate for my business travel. The A/C and bed were comfortable. The neighborhood was charming and perfectly situated near the old town and train station. The folks I encountered in the building seemed nice and understanding as I could not speak Italian. Great place I can tell that Antonio takes great pride as a host. I would definitely stay there again, it made my first trip to Bari very special!

We had a wonderful week. The welcome was Antonella, a wonderful person who recommended everything on how to get around. If the idea of the vacation is to relax, then it's the right place to take a real tip. The only downside is that I can have air conditioners that are not there, but the house is ventilated.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

To be short: it was amazing. We needed a stay for one day because we were on our road trip to Sicily. We found this place and were stunned. The village is amazing, the people so heartwarming and Antonio and his parents: what should I say amazing people who were so helpful. I can recommend this place if you want to see aitea and the authentic Italian culture. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Dario and his mother are lovely, very attentive and helpful hosts. Communication is exemplary and cordial. The villa is a nice cottage on a small park-like property in a guarded large holiday complex, the Borgo. Within a 50 km radius, you will find many worthwhile destinations. We would gladly come back.

Anastasia as a host is very nice and helpful. However, the location is a bit far from the Old Town. We did not notice in the description that the apartment is below the ground floor, rather at the basement level, and this probably makes you feel a little stuffy, as was written in the previous reviews. Overall, we are satisfied, the hostess is nice and flexible.

A delightful house with sea view in Marina di Camerota for a few days of relaxation in Cilento

The view from the terrace to the church of Irsina is breathtaking. The apartment is huge and we found it wonderful; we felt very comfortable. Irsina is very well located for excursions to Matera, Castel del Monte, Altamura, etc. Domenico responds immediately to questions and his extensive tips are worth gold. We will be back!

Birds, an occasional dog barking, and sometimes a hungry sheep bleating to be fed, are the only sounds we heard at this peaceful farmhouse. The farmhouse was built by the grandfather and until Mario and Antonietta retired and moved into the village, this was the family home. We loved going into the village of San Gregonio to eat, walking in the country lanes, and sitting at the outdoor table drinking coffee as the sun rose. Don't miss this chance to experience the Italian countryside, the warmth of your hosts, the village and the food! We highly recommend staying at the farmhouse.

Everything was perfect! Sandra welcomed us personally and was very kind and helpful. The house is clean, spacious and very nice! The garden lit up in the evening creates a really cozy and relaxing atmosphere! Too bad we only spent one night there! Thank you ❤️

Everything has been great. The location of the accommodation is ideal, close to the station, downtown and Bari Vecchia. The apartment is spotless and the hosts were unbeatable.

Angela is an amazing person, the accommodation offered is superb, the place is quiet and restful, the pool is a real plus, and the garden with sunbed and hammock is great. Angela recommended us restaurants that were divine, where we were welcomed great, she had even booked for us! In short, go there without a second thought! Big favorite for Malaika and especially Nana, her dogs who are so adorable!

House Sasanelli was a very good-valued place, spacious, nice balcony, and a great location in the area of Murat.

Gabriella’s place was wonderful, very welcoming, clean and tidy! The bed was super comfy and bathroom very clean. The air con worked well which was very much needed and Gabriella was one of the most communicative hosts I have had. She was very pro active and friendly from the beginning and gave clear check in/out instructions, sent us recommendations and was very responsive. Only con is it was about a 20 min walk from the centre of Bari which was quite intense in the heat. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
