Holiday rentals with a patio in Bashisht

We've travelled to 18 countries and explored nearly every corner of India. Drawing from that experience, I'd like to share some info. Kais Ville is the epicentre of the tourist places in Kullu Valley. It's a posh locality with a clubhouse. The flat is well-ventilated and filled with natural daylight. Every room has a gallery with a stunning view. Bedrooms have cosy beds, fans, AC, room heaters, clean bedding, and wardrobes. Bathrooms are fully equipped and clean. The flat is well decorated and open on two sides. It has a TV, Wifi, a dining table, sofa set, gas, water purifier, geyser, induction, fridge, pan, plates, cooker, spoons, mixer grinder, electric kettle, washing machine etc. House help is available at reasonable rates. You can find groceries conveniently located right in front of the main gate Priyanshu is an exceptional host; he is humble and incredibly helpful. He will ensure that your stay is memorable and comfortable, making you feel as if you are at home in Kais

I had a great stay at Shubham’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Shubham was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

This is hands down "THE BEST" place to stay if you love peace and nature. On the outskirts of Manali, this place is best if you are travelling with friends or family. Great view, great hospitality by host Amit. He was very friendly and cooperative. He greeted us even when we reached the property at 1 in the night. He showed us around the property, and most of all, the place was neat, clean and tidy. with nice rooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Totally worth it. 👌

We stayed at the villa, which is well-equipped to accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. Ayush and Pankaj, the caretakers, were incredibly helpful and cooperative, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The experience became truly magical when it snowed, blanketing the entire area in snow—it was breathtakingly beautiful and unforgettable. They also have a glass cabin restaurant, near the Villa. The stay is thoughtfully located away from the bustling city roads, offering a serene and peaceful ambiance. I would highly recommend staying here—it’s an experience you won’t regret!

Deepak ji & Aaryan has been a wonderful host. Although the stretch is bit long & also on hight, i had kids & my wife so for them it was bit difficult but apart from this this place is really serene, Calm and especially for those who are looking for long term stay, This is the best place one can stay. Pin drop silence, Privacy with beautiful room, patio, and a well equipped kitchen along with amazing host. Last but not the least, If you need any assistance or help Deepak ji & Aaryan will be there for you. I would definitely recommend this place for couple, Solo travelers & long term stay folks. What a place. What a team. If you have the chance to stay here, then STAY HERE!! The home sits at the top of a village overlooking the value with amazing views. It is peaceful and away from tourists. You will feel like you are off the grid and away from everything else. The home is brand new. We were lucky enough to see snow for 2 days making the scenery even more spectacular. We even saw monkeys come down from the trees after it started snowing. The team are absolute kings. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was the best we had in India. The chef’s attention to detail is second to no one we’ve seen. Make sure you have a BBQ outside with a bon fire. The staff are always checking to see if you need something and making sure that everything is going well with regular check ups through the day and evening. The owner provided some amazing tips and support for the surrounding areas and even drove us down the mountain to see Manali. Would recommend everyone stays here. Awesome.

Ahmar is such a great host and a good friend as well. He was always responsive and also he recommended some good local places. you have to hike a little bit to reach at that place but once you reach at the location it will justify every drop of sweat, It will feel like you are really in living in nature with modern day facilities.

A 1000 character limit for a host like Liat is almost disrespectful. Booked the place for 3 days, ended up extending until 6 days. As a host, Liat and Lalchand are very welcoming and polite. They truly love what they do and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The food is just what you need in a stay like this - simple, humble and wholesome. Their knowledge of the neighborhood and hidden trails is something we really relied on. Not to forget, the two very affable furry friends at the home. Coming to the space, it is peaceful and tucked away near Apple orchards on a hillside with the sound of the Manaslu. It is both private as well as easily accessible. The linen and decor is very tasteful and with a well stocked kitchen where we enjoyed making our meals. There’s nothing that can go wrong here if you don’t mind a peaceful serene place to unwind, away from the hustle bustle of Manali.

I was worried, as I booked this place for a month, just based on the pictures and description, and this was my first visit to Manali. I needed fast internet, and I needed a place where I can work, and also a place with a beautiful view. There is everything needed in the kitchen. The view from the balcony has been a delight every single day, warming my heart, improving my mood. And the host made arrangement for everything that I needed, including upgrading the speed of the internet to the speed that I required. I felt very peaceful staying there, and there are good cafes and restaurants around. Its a pleasant neighbourhood. I felt at home from the day one. Definetely Manali has opened up from its best side for me in my first visit.

We stayed for 2 days and it was very good experience with good mountain view, food was very good and staff is also very supportive and the rooms were also very clean and beautiful

The property is in the village of Dhungri. It’s got kathkuni homes and a gorgeous view of the valley and mountains. We were there during snow season so it was a bit challenging to climb up and down from the main road, but with a little care totally doable. Sarkar is connected and available for any help or guidance the guests need. Truly appreciate the candid and well intentioned exchanges we had. He tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room is as shown, the studio room with a kitchen and a private bath. The kitchen has all the basics for one to make meals. We are not really much to cook but seeing that we had all the things at our disposal, we did cook a few meals. The Wi-Fi was very good. It had gone out during the previous snow storm but restored by our first day itself. If you are looking for a self sufficient way of spending a long stay with great Wi-Fi and a beautiful view, away from the crowds, booking Sarkar’s homestay is highly recommended

Had a great stay here! The balcony view was absolutely stunning—such a peaceful spot to unwind. The bathrooms were neat and clean. The food was delicious as well, though there was a bit of a delay with the order, I suggest you to order the food a hour earlier as they prepare the food from the scratch. What really stood out was the hospitality—everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. It made the whole experience feel even more special. Would definitely love to come back!
