Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

The stay was really nice! We were there over the Rock am Ring weekend and had a stressful journey due to the traffic. Due to the friendly communication and the flexible check-in, we still had a relaxed arrival. The apartment is as described in the photos and in the advertisement. Beautifully furnished, very clean, quietly located with a beautiful view and everything you could wish for. Of course, the sauna is a highlight! We immediately felt at home and were able to relax in the apartment. In addition, we received tips for the area and fresh rolls - a very loving and nice atmosphere. Thank you for the pleasant time!

Highly recommended!! The landlord is very friendly and arrangements were possible at any time. The apartment is very cozy, absolutely clean and leaves enough space for larger groups (we arrived with five people). The beds are large and very comfortable. The loggia is an eye-catcher at any time of the day and the apartment's furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The key box works perfectly, unlike many other accommodations. We also enjoyed the location very much. We would love to come back, thank you very much for the great weekend!

The house is a beautiful oasis and a good starting point for Eifel hiking. We enjoyed the tasteful design as well as the great cleanliness, the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful ceramic porcelain and the soothing relaxation in the sauna. The views of the surrounding nature were a pure invitation to slow down. In short: a thoroughly recommended domicile.

We had a very nice time at Casa Anita. The accommodation is very large and spacious and had a large living and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was even a conservatory with a view of the countryside. In the kitchen, everything you need was available and everything was tidy & clean. The accommodation is located in a small quiet place and is about 10 minutes by car from the Nürburgring. We felt very comfortable there and would book the accommodation again if we were nearby.

We came here to relax and so we did in this lovely forest house. The house is clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed the beautiful hikes in the area. It is also a perfect base to explore other villages and hiking areas. Jonas is a good host. Communication was smooth and he responds quickly and effectively to questions.
