Holiday rentals with a patio in Barton

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the unit well served our needs. Perfect location near Canberra Centre. A corner unit with a well-thought-out layout and floor plan. Comfortable beds. Two full bathrooms were great. Quiet location. Although ideal for our time of year, heat may be an issue in summer due to the full-length glass design. Two layers of blackout and panel blinds worked well. Perhaps the most secure parking we have ever encountered. Parking was also conveniently located near the elevators, as was the unit itself. Communication was excellent. The host was very responsive to an issue with the internet access. Would most definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Carly's place "the Vincent'' for 4 nights. It was a cozy clean space with nice features perfect for our stay. We appreciated the clear instructions laid out + the easy to find parking garage underneath the complex. We would stay again, thanks

A instant homely feel, close walk to all eateries in Kingston, would stay again.

A stones throw from the war memorial and a 5 minute bike ride to the 28km lake bike ride which was fantastic. Beautiful little place with a great welcome. Elle has promised to investigate a strange odour which is not usual ( possums maybe ) so double check this - but the place was super clean, comfy & all we needed - loved it 🤙

Brandon was an excellent host providing clear instructions from the get go with proactive communication. The place upon entry felt clean and smelt clean and was well looked after. Coffee and milk amenities were available which was perfect for the early mornings however if you need a Woolworths and restaurants they were right downstairs making the location very desirable. Many thanks again! We will be returning on our next visit.

Hosts were fantastic - super helpful, quick to respond, and went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The place was great for us and our dogs. Close to everything, and a 20 second walk from an excellent place to exercise the dogs (and ourselves).

We had a truly wonderful stay at David’s place. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was well equipped with everything we needed.. with extra towels, soaps, kitchenware, and more. The bedrooms were cosy, and the bright open living area made it feel like home. The peaceful surroundings were a big bonus - we spotted magpies, kangaroos, and even rabbits right outside the accommodation, which made the stay extra special. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and check-in was smooth. The location was convenient, about 15–20 minutes from major sights in Canberra. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing family stay.

This house is spectacular, the photos don’t do it justice! It definitely felt like a luxury house and the location is great for takeout, shopping and in a quiet street for the kids.

Leo was extremely helpful, he let us know we left a shirt behind and arranged for us to come back to get it after check out. The place was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

Franks place was exactly as described, walking distance to local shopping centre, parks and sports facilities. The house was tidy with all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Frank was a tentative host, providing easy check in and check out instructions. Great place for a family with kids and fur kids.

This is one of the very best. Everything works, is in the right place and is spotlessly clean. I couldn't be more at home if I was at home. And, it's pet friendly. I had a fantastic stay at Judy's. The communication was excellent. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and a shopping centre. I recommend Judy's place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Canberra. We stayed overnight for a workshop and it was great. We actually parked our car a little bit away to start with as parking is tight on the street and you actually need to sort out the keys before you can get into the garage however it really wasn't needed as it took us under five minutes to access the keys. The place was lovely near all the shops and restaurants as well as the CBD couldn't fault it.
