Holiday rentals with breakfast in Barranco

This was my third stay. I always choose this place when I have an early flight. Among the many Airbnbs I’ve stayed at around the world, this is truly one of the best — I’d give it 120 out of 100! The owner is kind, friendly, and very responsive. Check-in is always smooth and flexible. There’s also an adorable dog and cat who bring comfort after a long journey — seeing them is one of the joys of staying here. It’s only about 10 minutes to the airport by taxi, and during the day, you can also take a local van. The neighborhood is calm and safe, even at night. Prices are more affordable than in areas like Miraflores or San Isidro, making it a great value. Whenever I return to Lima, I’ll definitely stay here again. After 8 months of travel across Latin America, this place remains one of the most memorable.

Esther was very welcoming upon arrival. Esther and Mirtha were very attentive to our needs. Very good communication. I enjoyed my stays at their place. One thing I liked most about breakfast included. By the way, the neighborhood is very quiet and a lot of security in the area.

The price is in total consistent with what is offered in the post, making it an affordable and fair option. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to key points of the city. Finally, the host deserves a special mention: he is very friendly, friendly, and always willing to help, which brings added value to the experience. A beautiful house that felt right at home - great neighbourhood that felt very safe and only a short walk away from Barranco’s main streets with some of the best restaurants and spots in Lima. I met several lovely other guests but was happy with my private bathroom and the two housekeepers did not only attend to all my needs but were wonderful to talk to and to give tips where necessary. Filtered water is supplied and the kitchen I could use where necessary. Some of the rooms are brighter than others, so that’s to keep in mind when booking but I know Carmen will be as attentive and helpful as each time I had a query. Would definitely recommend and will stay again, thank you!

The accommodation is great, very good location, it is close to everything and accessible to restaurants, tourist sites, I recommend it. The service was friendly and prompt. Regards.

Armando's house is cozy, quiet, spacious, and bright. Living here feels like coming home. The house has a yard and a small garden. It is very beautiful. It is in a very safe large residential area in the Chorrillos district. Next to the neighborhood is Plaza Sur in Lima. Shopping is very convenient. It is just over a kilometer from the beach. You can walk to the beach to see the beautiful scenery.Armando is the best host, he is warm and friendly, happy to help guests with any problems, we had a great time, we also tasted Peruvian food and Chinese food together, we became very good friends, the hostess Claudia and their son Diego are also very friendly, this is a loving Peruvian family.Five-star recommendation for this listing!

Carlos and his wife are great people, they will help you with anything you need, they’ll receive you with open hands and a hug, they are very nice and have you some breakfast every morning, you can have great conversations with them and will recommend places to eat and even a beauty salon that treats you like at home, thanks for everything Carlos.

Excellent attention from Ana Maria and her husband Alvaro, they allowed me to cook since I have a strict diet. The cozy room, full size bed, all very clean! The bathroom was great, impeccable every day. Each room has a key to secure the door. It has a common room with armchairs to rest or do work. TV 32 inches enough with a set-top box to watch movies and more. Recommended!!!! The area is for people who are working or in transit for a few days. This family is highly recommended!

I stayed at Javier's place twice during my trip to Peru and both the times his communication was excellent. He takes care of little details and is very helpful. My stay was really comfortable. And I would totally stay again whenever I would be back in Lima!

Davide, he is very friendly, attentive and friendly. I charge my cell phone and paid him afterwards. The place is close to the airport which is great to stay close to this one.
