Excellent and delicious stay, the host was always attentive and was quick to answer the messages. The place is beautiful, at the foot of the beach and super quiet, I will definitely be back!

it's a very clean place. it has all the necessary instruments. The treatment of the people who serve it is great and the communication with the host is very effective. it's a great place. 100% recommended!

The accommodation was impeccable, everything was very nice, without any problems. In addition, they gave me the opportunity to pick up the key long before check-in so I could do my activities without worrying about arriving before the maximum check-in time.

We loved the setting and beach of this place. Very serene. Highlights included beach combing, discovering tide pools, watching the tides come in, the birds, walking around the points to the adjoining beaches. Very peaceful. The small bay right at our beach was great, rocky and sandy- enjoyed the privacy. There are several little places to eat within walking distance. We rented bikes to ride into Tronc- a quick / hot 15 min. We enjoyed hanging out under the palapas (2) and enjoyed the pool, which was pretty small (when it wasn't being used by the other families) We're a couple, so it was a little loud with kids sometimes from the neighbor unit. The deck overlooks the pool and beach, so that's part of the experience here. The bedrooms were on the small side, dark and cool good for sleeping. The bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was supplied with the things we needed including a coffee press and grinder. We had issues with the TV staying on when trying to play music.

We spent some sensational days in Troncones. The house, amenities, cleanliness, and space were just what we needed. We were a family of 9 so the place was more than enough for us. Eric is very attentive to messages I attend to my questions and Jonathan was exceptional in responding to messages. I would return to this place without any problem. She some comments that lack space for large groups, or that the entrance to the beach was not very good and the truth is that for all my family everything worked perfect, my 75-year-old mother was able to go several times to the beach alone from the house without any problem, although if you have to be careful because the last steps are made of unfinished stone and are not level. Like if they put on a rail thinking of our loved ones of the elderly, it would be phenomenal. We hired a local family to cook for us and the truth is that it went very well - fresh food and local seasoning. Thank you for everything Jonathan and Eric.

Beautiful private casita right on the beach. Raul the gardener opened coconuts for me when he came to water the plants, Jessica gave me very helpful recommendations for getting groceries delivered (there isn’t a super walkable grocery store if you don’t have a car) and the space was so lovely and peaceful. There are a few walkable beach side restaurants that were great. The waves were too intense for swimming but so beautiful to sit in the hammock and hear them. I would definitely stay here again

The accommodation is in perfect condition, very easy to get to the beaches. Kohely is very friendly, very attentive. I loved the service she provided us. I highly recommend it as it makes you feel right at home with all the amenities it offers 😊

Amazing place, there is a mangrove next to the garden and many species of animals walked in the garden, amazing to see so many animals in confidence, the beach is 50 meters from your room and it is very nice, maybe the most beautiful area of the trunk beach, the place has everything you need to have a good time and more

It's an incredible place, which stands out mainly are the breathtaking views and the pool that makes you feel so close to the sunsets and the sea. A quiet place, ideal for traveling with the family in the privacy and tranquility it offers. We will definitely be back soon! 🥰

The apartment is very nice. It has a beautiful view. It has chairs for playa, ice maker, among other things, to make your stay more pleasant. The kitchen is quite well stocked it has a lot of kitchen frets and also various equipment appliances. All three rooms have very good space. I will definitely be back soon. I will just highlight, that this space, is a place of rest. And that pool areas, you can't drink alcohol inside the pool or bring horns. That means that for those who rented it, know what the dynamics of the space are. Check-in and check-out were quick. It's ideal for a group of friends or family.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The villa was beautiful, we especially liked that the kitchen and seating areas were all open air. Swimming pool was beautiful. Very walkable to town. Local restaurants were wonderful. Kayaking, walking on the beach, massages on the beach, what’s not to love?

Excellent option to stay. The condominium hosts and staff are very kind and attentive. It is easy to get around as it is located on the main avenue. If you want a place to rest in Ixtapa, this is a very good option.

Excellent place to enjoy vacations, the facilities are perfect, the staff are friendly and help you with anything and Hector an excellent host who is always on the lookout. The rules are simple to follow and the pools and beach are amazing. I'll be back soon.

Very nice and quiet to relax

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The area is safe and private. Beautiful views. Very steep walk but taxis are readily available. Comfortable clean and stylish place. Well stocked kitchen. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed outdoor meals. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach or the walk up to the bungalow. It is also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants. Great guidebook with lots of local tips. Overall a wonderful place and great host! Thanks Claire!

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Mario was on the lookout. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The perfect location for what I needed. Very easy check-in and check-out without any problems!

Great place awesome more then what we expected

We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ricardo’s place. Clean, has all the necessary amenities, comfy beds, practical kitchen. Best of all though was the unbelievably stunning roof terrace - we spent so much time lounging and reading on it. It has breathtakingly stunning views. We had an issue with the air conditioning and Ricardo and his wife were extremely quick to resolve it. We were grateful for their clear and proactive communication. We would definitely come back and stay again 🌞
