The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Il y a 25 ans j'ai fait connaissance de ce lieu unique, avec plus de 3 siècles d'histoire, une ancienne ferme, coup de foudre... Certains lieux ont une magie, on s'y sent bien, on y dort bien et désolé pour les mésanges et autres tourterelles. Pratique, la gare pour Paris est à moins de 2 km et la côte normande à une heure, profitez d'une jolie demeure, entièrement rénovée et avec tout l'équipement (j'espère) et le confort au cœur d'un jardin d'exception. Nice modern cottage with 140M2 open-space jacuzzi in a quiet equestrian property. It offers, an enclosed exterior, a 90 m2 living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a toilet. Upstairs, there is the sleeping area with a shower room with a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a desk and it is possible on request to add a child's bed or cot. Our friends cats and dogs are welcome but must be reported during the reservation.
