Holiday rentals with breakfast in Barossa Valley

3 peaks was a really beautiful place to stay! Location is great and the place itself is so well kept. A very short walk to Main Street for food and drinks! Karyn was also flexible with our checkout time as we had a young one who fell a sleep when we were supposed to be leaving!

A lovely peaceful cottage. Loved the fire and outdoor bath. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well set up. We had an enjoyable stay.

Great accomodation in a very central location. The place is beautifully maintained and lots of attention to small details like the provision of board games, cookbooks, soft furnishings and very well maintained. It was convenient having off street parking and lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We had a great stay at Heather’s place. So charming, beautiful personal touches. A wonderful place to stay as a family and literally every single thing has been thought of! We loved it, thank you

Beautiful home, extremely well set up for guests, lovely rural views with some cute alpacas and sheep just over the fence. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for a week of horse riding instruction nearby and felt so happy to be staying here in this gorgeous spot! We loved the kitchen and laundry facilities, and huge plus for the amazing hamper of breakfast goodies on arrival, as we had not been to the shops yet and has a lovely breakfast of bacon & eggs on first morning. Beds and pillows nice and comfy, and great amount of space in all the bedrooms and living spaces. Convenient to Meadows town with bakery, pub and cafes, and not too far from a supermarket at Mt Barker. We had a very comfortable stay, and would love to come again!

What a beautiful place. It has been decorated perfectly. Will be back that way November next year will come back for another visit.

This was our third wonderful stay at Ochre Point Beach House. Jess and Tyson were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit. The house was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need—they truly thought of every detail. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We also really appreciated the little extras, it all made us feel so welcome and at home. It’s clear that Jess and Tyson genuinely care about their guests’ comfort, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, well-thought-out stay!

What a great place to stay. Old, but clean and specious with everything you would want including home grown tomatoes and homemade fig jam. the gardens, unfortunately affected by the drought, are great. We would have loved to see them in their full glory. The owners were great also and promptly top us up with a couple of items we were running out of. We would certainly stay again.

We had an amazing stay and the accommodation was exactly what we needed. We were provided everything we need for our four day stay. Melanie is very responsive and very helpful.

The place was neat, clean, well furnished and with everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and the outdoor eating area was very peaceful. We loved our stay. Thank you.

We had a great stay at the apartment, it was stylish yet cosy, and walking distance from all the amenities we needed on a family holiday! The place is a stone’s throw from Henley Beach, and we really enjoyed the lovely sunrise and sunsets from the balcony and dining area. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host Lucy, the pantry and breakfast supplies were especially helpful as we got in late in the evening on the first day. The apartment is also equipped with a baby cot and high chair, and kid friendly utensils which made our mealtimes so much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon!

The apartment was well decorated, with good amenities . It had a comfy bed and nice touches to welcome one. It is on the second floor so if you are elderly (like us) there is no lift to help with baggage. Also if you are not an early riser (we are), you will hear planes. We enjoyed our stay and Marilyn responded very quickly to any query.

Neil is a great host! Kind, accommodating and helpful at any time. The suite is very spacious, very quiet, very comfortable and well-equipped. We had our own fridge, cutlery, toaster, mini oven and laundry. On top, Neil took us on a nature walk with his friends to discover the surrounding area. We had a GREAT stay. Thank you so much for having us! We would obviously recommend!

Jeremy's beautiful home was welcoming and cosy and we looked forward to getting back there after spending the day exploring Glenelg. We loved how everything was within walking distance which made traveling with children easy with a nearby playground, beach house, Mosely square and jetty road all within walking distance from the apartment. Jeremy's little thoughtful touches to the apartment for our stay were very much appreciated such as the bottle of Shiraz and chocolate on arrival and the beautiful complimentary body wash/shampoo which was all locally sourced. I had such a wonderful time with my little family and can't wait to visit again! (Maybe when the weather is warmer 😂) Thankyou Jeremy!

Best nights sleep EVER and beautiful cottage, everything was perfect.😍 Such a magical place in the middle of nowhere- wish we could stay another night 🫶🏻 Make sure to take time to walk the gardens and appreciate the love and care that Andrew and Jean-Claude have poured into the property. The idyllic setting is a perfect escape and wonderful way to unwind

Staying at Rob’s place was more than we expected. Rob went above and beyond to make our short one night stay very comfortable and relaxed. The added extras Rob provided blew our mind and was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. We couldn’t want for anything else. I cannot be grateful enough to Billie : - she has been an excellent communicator - so accommodating to our requests and needs - prepared the place so well for us and included so many nice things to eat and drink like breakfast stuff and even wine ! - on our last day, we went down to their reception area for a walk and she took us on our tour around her entire farm to meet all the beautiful animals and gave us a bit of history which was so special !! Place was so vintage and clean. Absolutely happy and couldn’t recommend it more xx Thanks Billie !!

I NEVER write reviews though I really have to about the Barossa Shiraz Estate - IT WAS AMAZING!! So much so we decided to stay an extra night (luckily it was available). From the moment we arrived my wife & I were at peace - something we had not known for over 6mths...from the amenities to the surroundings everything you could want was on hand. They had thought of everything for the perfect getaway to the point of not wanting or needing to leave - you just wanted to soak it all in and relax. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this little spot of paradise and we will be back, ❤️

Staying at Henri’s cottage was one of the most amazing dtays. The thoughtfulness that is put in to your stay with breakfast provisions, sparkling wine, snacks, it truly was a delight to stay. Enjoying a spa with a glass of bubbles before bed and waking to be able to cook so pretty amazing bacon and eggs was an absolute highlight. Thank you Henri.

Perfect stay, close to vineyards and easy access to surrounding areas in our list. Great host and very flexible for check in. Lovely little "extras" awaiting on our arrival and the next day on our doorstep. Cannot fault. Easy parking. Great location for town access.

Historic cottage perfect for a weekend away. The continental breakfast provisions meant not having to buy basics which was super handy. Loved the location and local restaurants.

Rachel has created a lovely place, perfect for families. We had a great stay with everything we needed. Highly recommended for a short or long stay
