The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

Als Wochenendtrip zum Durchatmen oder längerer Familienurlaub, unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung „Der Deichkieker“ liegt direkt am Naturschutzgebiet „Nordfriesisches Wattenmeer“. Meldet euch gern bei Fragen. INFO: Der Kurpark und der Deich wurden in 2024 und 2025 umfangreich saniert und modernisiert und laden zur Erholung ein.

This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, cycle, visit our dwarf goats in the petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or make excursions in the area. At the North Sea (6 km) you can swim, mudflat hiking and surfing. Our garden invites you to linger with its various seating options.
