Me and my whole family had a wonderful stay! The host was exemplary—kind, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt very welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! It was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like home. Although the location is a bit farther from the highway, it's totally worth it because the area is very safe and peaceful. The host was also very accommodating and helpful, making the experience even better. I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend it for a family staycation. Definitely a great spot for relaxation!

If you are truly looking for luxury this place isn’t for you, but it’s fine for a decent place to sleep and it’s close to town. The beds are soft. The bedrooms do have ac that get the room decently cool. There are no blackout curtains, it’s full light by 6am in the main bedroom. There is a rooster that starts crowing at 3am and doesn’t stop until around 8. He’s very loud. The water pressure is awful, like it’s almost unusable a slight trickle out of sink and the shower makes it feel like you’ll never get enough to wash your hair from shampoo. The linens and towels are clean but stained. I didn’t like that people come in to clean without our knowledge or permission, that isn’t noted in the listing. A lot of things are broken or about to break like the shower holder, the main bedroom bathroom door hinge, the sliding glass door upstairs. There was only one blanket for the upstairs room and the a couple of mattress toppers, we also didn’t ask for anything extra. They may have provided it i

great place for a family! the pool iwas a big hit with the kids. Franco recommended it to us because of the amount of people we have at our party and Franco's recommendation was perfect!

we had a good stay at Mariane's place. felt at home, very peaceful and there is privacy. the caretaker was a wonderful person who was always there when needed. Mariane was always responsive and always checking on us to see if we are good. All in all I recommend this place and will always spend my holidays there. 100%

The residence management had organised a water interruption for a week, without notifying to the homeowners until the water had been cut. Imagine coming back to the house without any water. Vanessa was kind enough to allow us to use the drinking water and replaced the same the next day. Next day morning, Vanessa had arranged for 3 big drums for us to store water for our uses whenever the water supply was interrupted. Vanessa had met us early on check in day even when are arrived at 8am. Need to have transport like tricycle to get from main gate to the house as it is on a sloppy terrain. Otherwise we thank vanessa for the help and assistance during our stay there.

Had a really great stay at Jasmin’s place. The unit was super clean, no clutter, and no pests at all. Jasmin was very responsive and easy to communicate with the whole time, which we really appreciated. Big thanks to her caretaker, Miss Mai Mai, who helped us during check-in. Security at San Remo is pretty tight (which is actually a good thing!), and she made sure everything went smoothly. She met us at the gate, helped us get in, and even gave us a quick tour of the place before heading off. Super grateful! Jasmin also gave clear instructions ahead of time, so everything was easy to follow. Both bedrooms had aircon, just note that the living and dining area doesn’t—but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Location-wise, it's Grab-friendly and just around 5 minutes from SM Seaside. Not really walkable, but very easy to get around with a car or ride-hailing apps. All in all, a comfy and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

The Unit is so nice. The host and the caretaker are very accomodating..had a regret booking just for days.. i wanted to stay for a month.this place is perfect for staycation..highly recommended..

Gino’ bnb was very clean and well kept. The furniture was modern and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and the rooms size was great for a bnb. Gino made himself available if we had questions before and during our stay. The price was very affordable and the bnb was in a gated community.

If given the chance, I would definitely stay here over and over again! So glad to have found this gem. We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Sir Al's place. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped with kitchen appliances, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, toiletries, linens, towels, potable water, coffee, all essentials you name it! The location was perfect, within walking distance to Banawa Road but if you have kids or too many things to cary, best option would be motorcycle or taxi. Sir Al was incredibly helpful and responsive. My family enjoyed the balcony with a view, very cozy ang place. Peaceful even. Amenities felt like your own private things. Even the elevator. Ang fireworks sa Sinulog kay atbang rajd kaayo like grabe wala gani ko ka take pic or video kay na amaze ko sa akong view. Safe ug welcoming pd kaayo and place tungod sa mga Guard on duty. Too perfect to gatekeep. Highly recommended.

The room was quite clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-4 people. The sunrise view over the ocean was absolutely stunning. There’s a small kitchen with enough plates, bowls, chopsticks, spoons, and a pan for light cooking, but there is a 50 peso charge if you want to use the stove. The staff here is super friendly, we checked in at midnight, and the guy was still waiting for us. We would definitely come back if we have the chance!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and located in a quiet, nice neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing time with family. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. While the location isn't the most convenient if you're relying on public transportation or don't use car apps, the spacious layout made it a great fit for families.
