The house was restored in 2003. The house has 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private garden of 400 square meters. In the house you can park up to 4 cars and has an automatic sliding door to enter them. The house is located in the old town of the village,You can walk around the village without having to take the car. There is a grocery store on the same street and around there are the shops needed to spend the days. The distance to Barcelona is 20 km,to the Costa Brava is 90 km. Very close is the outlet La Roca Village , as well as the Montmeló Gp motorcycle circuit. Five minutes away from the house is the train station that leads directly to Plaza Catalunya in central Barcelona. Its proximity to Barcelona means that visitors can be in Barcelona all day whether working or sightseeing and at night can return to the house to dine in the beautiful and quiet garden. Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.
