Bright double bedroom, own living room and own bathroom all on your own floor in our Victorian house in leafy West Hampstead. You will have a mini fridge, toaster, and tea & coffee making facilities in your living room. We also provide you with tea, coffee, cereal, bread & milk & therefore won’t need to share any spaces with us during this time however, we are always available to advise on places to visit, restaurant, bars etc. As always the space is incredibly clean and we take extra precautions to keep the space safe, strictly following the Airbnb COVID cleansing guidelines. The bedroom has floor to ceiling wardrobes, a chest of drawers, real wood flooring, decorative fireplace, mirror and wireless internet connection. While your own private bathroom is not en-suite it is just a couple of steps away. It is a recently refurbished modern bathroom with power shower and full sized bath. The living room is large bright with bay windows & two large sofas for relaxing after your day. We are amazingly located, 8 minute walk to the tube & a 10 minute journey to all the main central sites of London. If you are looking for Markets this is the place to stay. There is trendy Camden Lock for Rock and Roll and then typically English Hampstead for farmers markets and the beautiful Hampstead Heath both 10 minutes away. West Hampstead has the feel of a little village with quaint coffee shops, cake and tea shops, bistros, bars and local parks. Local grocery shops on the main high street. Only 10/15 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath! West Hampstead is located in Zone 2 (Jubilee Line) and only takes 10 mins on the underground to central London (e.g Oxford circus/Leicester Square) Abbey Road is located only 10 minutes away on the local bus! Camden Town - just a couple of stops away. Kings Cross St Pancras - 10 minutes on the Thameslink train. Regents Park with London Zoo - 10 minutes on the underground. Trendy East London for Brick Lane (overground) - 20 minutes All London airports - direct trains and coaches from West Hampstead The train, underground and buses to all areas of London are only 7 minutes walk from the house! Battersea Park Comfortable single room no 1

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.

A bedroom in the basement of our Victorian family town house with a semi private entrance used by you and 1 other guest. And sometimes our kids if home from uni. The room feels super private and We often don’t see our guests as we are on the other floors. Perfect and safe stay for single travellers and business visitors. Conveniently located in super trendy Hackney close to overground, buses, and amenities. We have a crazy lovely cat so you must love cats! ❤️

Welcoming en-suite bedroom in the heart of Dalston

This large comfortable bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom is on the top floor of a typical Victorian house. It is situated minutes away from public transport and there are many eateries and bars nearby. Although not far from the High Street the house is calm and peaceful. The room is spacious and light with an independent bathroom. A homely breakfast is offered to guests in our kitchen, please let us know your preference the night before.

En suite room with a view in a London town house

A top floor canal view en-suite room (2nd floor via 4 flights of stairs). Another double room can be booked separately in the same house on the first floor. This is a delightful terrace house in a very quiet conservation area in Islington. 15 mins walk to Old Street or Angel tube station (Zone 1) and excellent bus connections to the West End and the City. This is the ideal place if you want to experience a real London living experience. Enjoy a cosy double bedroom in trendy Hackney (zone 2). Less than 5 min walk to Clapton train station and bus links into the city. Great pubs and restaurants in walking distance. There is paid street parking but if you let me know in advance I can get visitors vouchers for you at a better rate.
