This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

My husband and I rented it out this home for my son NFL Draft Day, and it was everything that we asked for. Even the pictures look exactly like what we expected. Everything was clean, and everything was put together. There was no problem getting in touch with the host.They will immediately respond back to any issues that I may have had.But it was no big deal.Everything worked out perfectly. When my family and friends came to visit the home.Everyone immediately loved it. My husband was able to fish in the lake. The backyard was an amazing view with lights that hung on the trees. We all had a very great and relaxing time. Yes i will recommend this home to anyone. Top 10/10. Thank you so much for the home stay.

this room is located upstairs next to the bathroom. there are, I think, two other guests that share the bathroom. I am a light sleeper and I was never bothered by bathroom use or any other noises from other guests. the room is nice and cozy with a comfy bed. there is a kitchen and small fridge to store items. you can smoke outback or on front patio. parking is across the street on a patch of gras. the house is tucked towards the back of a very large neighborhood, several turns to get there but it was about 15 drive to Cape Fear Hospital. overall great stay!

Ann is very nice and very attentive. My trip had a bit of a rough start but Ann came through and really helped and made everything awesome! The loft is extremely extremely cool and very nice!! such a great spot and a cool little town! I would recommend Ann and the loft to anyone! You will not be disappointed
