The place was great, clean, and nice. Mainly what can not be denied is the location, as when you exit the building of the Hotel in which the apartment is located, you are right in a beautiful park and you have everything to go

Really nice apartment, perfect for skiing. There was a little problem with heating, but we could solve it fast we the help of Katarina. She was always available.

The space was spotless and exceeded my expectations in every way. The place Bańska Bystrica was amazing. Since we were Vegetarians Silvia suggested us the best Vegetarian restaurants. She was so calm and patient to answer to all my questions. Very kind as well of Silvia to check with us if we reached and everything in the apartment was fine. The space was very nice and modern. the surroundings felt very nice and safe. as two Americans who don't speak the language very well we were able to find everything and get around from the apartment just fine.

Simoneta was great, quick to respond, helpful, great location, modern apartment with beautiful bathroom. The only inconvenience of spinave salky, some stains and dust, but overall a nice place to stay, thank you.
